“Very good service when things go well but difficult to get an answer when a parcel goes missing.”

“I've used Interparcel many times with no problems, fast efficient service etc. But on the one occasion there was a problem I found the attitude of the staff very "couldn't care less" most definitely unhelfpul and I was left out of pocket and with a very upset customer who didn't receive their parcel.”

“I have been using Interparcel for some years now and only ever had one non-collection which was due to a computer glitch! The courier that I prefer is UPS as they seem to deliver my parcels within 24 hours of collection. I recently tried Collection + but was not happy with the time delay from drop off at a pickup point, to delivery at the other end as it took several days. You know what they say; "you get what you pay for" so cheapness is not what it is cracked up to be. I will continue to use Interparcel for the foreseeable future.”

“Interparcel is a great discovery - send bulky items at a fraction of the price of Royal Mail. Only criticism is that I selected a 9am-1pm collection and had a phone call mid morning to say that the parcel could not be picked up until after 3pm.”

“I have used Interparcel many times and have been an excellent courier service. I do have a few gripes and that is parcels have not been collected on day of arranged booking date or being delivered next day as paid for. The Customer Services are great and deal with things satisfactory and they manage to the problem out quickly My only suggestion is there should be a PROMISE. Currently if there is a failed collection or delivery, it just gets re-scheduled. This is not often acceptable, therefor a refund of 50% each & every failure should be credited to customer user accounts. Otherwise an excellent service and i will continue to use them.”

“I'd recommend Interparcel to anyone. I use it to ship documents all over the world and always get a great price - much better than going to the courier companies direct. It suits us very well as we are small company and the big shipping companies are just not interested in offering us any discount because of our smaller volumes! Interparcel are perfect for us. The only slight issue I have is that some of our shipments weigh less than 1kg and there is no facility on the website to book a shipments lighter than a 1kg. Having said that, it doesn't stop us using them or highly recommending their products and services! Thanks Interparcel!”

“Have used interparcl.com for a few years now, tend to use UPS through interparcel which I have found to be the best service as far as I am concerned and wouldn't hesitate to reccommend both interparcel.com and UPS”

“Very good service but would prefer to have a more defined collection time, I was only able to have a 12 hour slot from 09.00 to 21.00 which was not so convenient but in the end the parcel was collected shortly after 14.00 The parcel was delivered within the specified time frame. Overall an excellent service”
