“We are new customers and will be generating increasing business over time. I have found the service easy to use and the costs up to now have been more resonable than I anticipated. I have not yet compared with any other companies, as I have been satisfied with the service received. Loyalty points or other offers could be provided to keep regular customers. I have rung up twice for advise. The first time, the response was not great. The person I spoke with kept interrupting me and pre-empting (incorrectly), what I was going to ask. On the other occasion I had a very helpful response. Time will tell.”

“i use interparcel often to send a parcel to my daughter in germany collected on monday delivered by wednesday, the price is brilliant compared to royal mail, i was even amazed that the one i sent last month i had somehow put the wrong post code on they noticed this and corrected it when it arrived in germany well done interparcel great service”

“We have used Interparcel for several years & they gives us exactly what we expect. They are efficient & their on-line booking service is easy to use. On top of that we get lower charge rates than we would get dealing direct with the major couriers & freighting companies.”

“Used Interparcel twice and i would happily use them again. Found their choice of Carriers greatly helpful. Had occasion to speak to Interparcel on the phone about the first package I needed to send and was pleased with the help and courtesy I got. The only criticism I have is that when I needed to go back to revise something I had filled in I found the process rather laborious, as I had virtually to start from scratch.”

“Found Interparcel to be the best option for deliveries to Europe. Really good choice of delivery companies and prices/times. UPS are Interparcel's own delivery partner. Easy online form and reliable pick-up. My delivery to Italy was booked on Monday evening, picked up Tuesday and delivered safely to Italy on Friday - result, one very happy customer. Thanks.”

“Use at lease twice a week...decent service... Need to change layout so you can back track the carrier chosen after you have put your address details in. Need to reduce costs with UPS, by far the best carriers, but getting a little pricey.”

“I have used Inter Parcel a few times and have found their prices very reasonable with first class service. Customer support was very helpful when making a claim which was sorted promptly and I will be using their services much more in the future.”

“Interparcel have always provided an excellent service. I don't know how they do it when dealing with couriers, but collections timings are very accurate. When I have dealt direct with couriers I never got the same level of service.”
