“Excellent, easy to use web site with no gimmicks or annoying loading issues. Used Interparcel for years now with no issues at all. No size discrepancies like you get with others, fast e-mail responses and good customer service. My only critique would be they are slightly more expensive on International shipments than others but very good on UK. UPS are one of the main suppliers for Interparcel and are just the best. In my experience HERMES are awful ! I think it is they that have brought down Interparcel's reputation on occasion. My tip, ignore the Hermes quote, bypass Yodel ( they are not as bad as Hermes but still not great ) and only choose UPS !”

“I prefer booking through interparcel as they are extremely easy to use and very competitively priced, I have been using them on an almost daily basis for over 6 years, their staff are very helpful and have not had any real problems in this time.”

“Interparcel gives you the choice of speed vs price and are usually cheaper than Parcelforce for heavier items and most International ones! I now have an account, which gives me instant access to my history and tracking. It also saves entering in my details every time.”

“I have used the Interparcel Economy (UPS) delivery for two or three years now shipping guitars in and out. Overall very happy with the service with most parcels being delivered next day. Recently however I had need to send an empty guitar case out for someone to ship a guitar back to me. I only had an expensive Takamine case I could use. In short the virtually indestructable case arrived trashed.Claiming was difficult and they put obstacles in the way all the way through the claim process. Luckily I view things like this as a challenge and the harder they tried the more resilient I became. They did pay out begrudgingly but if they take the insurance money they should pay out. It has soured my opinion from a 5* to a 4*.”

“Couriers are much cheaper than Royal Mail/Parcelforce and not having to trudge to the post office for drop-offs is convenient. The only downside is that the couriers give you a pick-up date, not a time (not like Tesco's groceries van), and no fixed delivery date. Maybe there is a tracking website somewhere that allows people to plan there schedules a little better, but I haven't found it yet. So far I've only had a problem with a courier once, and Interparcel dealt with it fine.”

“The prices quoted are very competitive, which is important for our company as it gives us the repeat business we are looking for. The only downfall is that you are not allowed to give a latest collection time which is frustrating as the times they allow is outside our trading hours.”

“Interparcel is really easy to use, with clear no nonsense pricing and prompt collection. I got fed up with my previous courier adding on fuel surcharges, so I never knew what the final bill would be. As I have to quote my customers for delivery charges, this was too vague. With Interparcel my life is much easier.”

“Very good service. Speedy collection and delivery. The system lets you book an address with a po box number. Only to find out later that they dont deliver to po boxes. Level of insurance cover not hight enough.”

“We have used interparcel for a few months - always for sending parcel, mostly to UK. We have found the website easy to get prices and easy to book collections. We have had to speak to their customer services on a few occassions and they sorted out the problems. It would be better if customer services were open longer in the evenings to talk to a person.”

“We have used Interparcel for several years; we find them dependable, with good rates and very efficient service. When problems arise (usually the fault of the drivers..) Interparcel do everything they can to resolve the issue immediately and ensure our valuable and urgent deliveries are made. I only wish that there was an equivalent in the USA where we have our new head office.”
