“WE shipped a parcel to an address in France that we have shipped to for over 15 years with many courier companies with no issues. For the next month they have held the parcel and told us that they could not find the address despite us providing a phone number for the customer. Now they want a further £29.70 to give us our goods back. As we have already paid them £29.70 to deliver the goods which they failed to do this cannot be right. We have told them to keep the parts as it is not worth the extra cost. OUR ADVICE WOULD BE NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.”

Hi Ann, I have looked into this delivery with the courier involved and they have advised that the driver attempted the delivery to the provided address and they were unable to locate your customer with the details provided. The tracking was updated to advise of the problem however no further contact was made and therefore the issue could not be rectified, resulting in the return of the goods. We incur return charges from the carrier, unfortunately we have no option but to pass these to the person that has made the order.

“I needed to urgently change the delivery address on a parcel that was already in transit to the USA, and called the customer service team thinking that there was no way that it could be done. Amazingly James, the guy I spoke with, said that he would do what he could and gave me his email to forward the details on to him. He kept me up to speed with its progress, and I'd have a reply to any email I sent within the hour. Amazingly the address was changed, much to the relief of my client. Great customer service in every aspect, thank you!”

“I use Interparcel quite often to send / collect from 3rd party goods bought on Ebay. They had never arrived lost or damaged and always arrived as planned. Last week however we hit a buffer. When a collection ( through 3rd party courier )was arranged from a distant location in Wales , the 3rd party courier failed to turn up. To my surprise when contacting Interparcel ,it took 30 seconds to get through to a human being and was met with friendly and very professional attitude. Louana , the lady who dealt with my case , did it very professionally and immediately. It took some unwinding to get to the cause of the delay in collection ( down to the problems at the last link of the chain ) and I was kept informed and up to date at all time , having received several emails. It is being collected today and the sender was contacted by the 3rd party courier to arrange a more specific time. If all staff at Interparcel are as helpful , friendly and effective , I will never use any other courier than Interparcel. Simply Brilliant ! not to mention that Interparcel are cheaper than dealing directly with largest international and U.K couriers. Thank you !”
