“casual user - I needed to send something back to the suppliers for my wife. It was a large box 71 x 51 x 64cm and weighed 20 kilos - note that some couriers have a max of 15 kilos. Easy and straightforward to arrange, book and pay and I went for the following day by 12.00. It was collected at 3.30 pm and when I tracked it the following morning it had already been delivered and advised me the name of the signatory - it was delivered at 09.30. Fantastic service - no hassle and would recommend to anyone. Cheers Brian”

“Have used Interparcel on may occasions both for work and now in retirement and have never been disappointed. The service is second to none and even better now that a UPS drop off and collection point is within half a mile of me. Mostly to UK destinations but two have gone to Portugal with a third to go in w/c 17/3. Whether it is internal or overseas the pricing choices allow a number of options; the cheaper ones are particularly good value but still with rapid delivery. Supported by an excellent tracking system there is real confidence that the goods are in safe hands. Very highly recommended.”

“Used interparcel for a few years now and have never been let down always picked up on the correct day. Big thing for me the fact they pick it up as its a special trip to the post office which is not just down the road as i live in the Welsh hills. Like the option of choosing the price and courier. Would like a discount for being loyal as the prices seem to creep up. Still a lot cheaper and safer than the post office and parcel force.”

“If you want a parcel service, which is so easy to use, from the web site, which has clearly been designed by the company who knows what client service is all about. Right through all the various options from door to door service, to a drop off/collection point, then this is for you. The icing on the cake are the prices! This is a company which clearly looks after its clients and then provides the service to keep them on board and coming back.”

“I was looking for a service that would cost less than Post Office & fortunately found Connect+. Very easy to use, paid on line, printed off label & took parcel to drop off shop in local village. Had phone call 3 days later from recipient saying parcel had arrived safely and in good condition. Both very pleased with service. Many thanks!”

“I had a pick-up times between 09.00-17.00, & as the latter time approached I was concerned the next day arrival would not happen. However it was signed for at 09.00 the following morning. So well pleased with the service.”
