“First collection was postponed by seller but Inter-parcel rebooked and resent labelling etc at no additional charge. Delivered as promised, next day - first class”

“I was contacted by Kayleigh West to advise of an issue with a delivery. As a small company, we send a number of parcels from our two home offices and were not sure where the parcel was intended for. Kayleigh was very helpful in providing enough information (while still remaining confidential) of the item so that we were able to contact the intended recipient and get the information needed. The email exchange and service that I have received from Kayleigh has been excellent and extremely professional. I would happily use and recommend interparcel.com to colleagues and friends in future. I am 100% convinced that if I have any issues with parcels (either receiving or sending) Kayleigh and her team would assist me without hesitation. 5* Service!”

“Send multiple parcels always very helpful friendly staff. Had a parcel due to be delivered today, no updated information to say out for delivery on tracking. Spoke to james giffen he then contacted tnt and emailed me with an update within the hour! Super.”

“Item uplifted within time slot, delivered with no damage to box or indeed item.Message sent when package received.i have used this service in the past, and never had any quibbles whatsoever. I was recommended Interparcel by my postman(Royal Mail) this says it all really.”
