“Needed some advice about doubling up collections form different addresses. Becky Blythe was very quick to connect to live chat , and perfectly helpful. Not only that, but I emailed them late last Friday afternoon with a query, and was very pleasantly surprised to receive a reply from Louise Evison at 1040pm, which I thought was well beyond the call of duty. Thanks!”

“I have used Interparcel regularly for the past few years and have never had a problem with them. They are reliable. They offer excellent value. Their website is easy to use. Any time I have a parcel to send, especially bigger parcels, I check their prices against their competitors and Interparcel always seem to be the cheapest. They were also very helpful when it came to a problem I had with a chargeback. They sent me all the info I needed within 24 hours of asking.”

“Always very helpful with the very few queries that have arisen in the ten or so years I've been using Interparcel. Website clear and easy to navigate. Prices competitive. Phone or online chat waiting times are usually short. Nicole Rowland was very helpful with a recent glitch.”

“Interparcel is very easy to use and the site is very friendly. It does just what it says it will - it moves parcels from here to there, or there to there or there to here. No fuss and no frills. It gets the best possible deals for your shipping requirements and it never fails. Yes, I would recommend it to anyone!”

“I had a problem with a delivery that was booked under an incorrect order number which was not showing online. I contacted the help desk and spoke with James (via Live Help) who was very helpful. He found the correct tracking information so I was able to see the progress of the delivery. James got this information to me very quickly and it allayed the concern I had. Well done James.”
