I can't comment on your collection and delivery service yet as this is the first time I've booked a parcel but I can say that your online chat service was excellent. When placing my order I didn't realise I had mistyped my email address and when I got to the confirmation page,discovered you were sending an email with instructions and documents to the wrong address. I made contact with James on the chatline and he was very helpful and efficient and helped me to access and print off the documents I needed for my parcel. Excellent service from James. Thank you. If you pick up my parcel tomorrow and deliver it in London on Friday I'll be very happy to come back and do another review.

We had a minor problem on delivery to Dubai but it was quickly resolved and we were kept right up to date with the situation, Becky Blythe in Customer Service couldn't have been more helpful.

I had a slight problem (of my own making) with a parcel coming from Stoke-on-Trent in the UK to Gueschart, which is a small village near Abbeville in France. In a nutshell, I was away on the two occasions it was delivered. I thus needed to contact yourselves and encountered Stacey McKay, a most helpful and efficient person. She responded to my e-mail within a very short time, took up my case and promptly and with charm has come up with a sensible solution. Excellent service.

Outstanding customer service from Interparcel (and Becky in particular) when a parcel I had booked using UPS via Interparcel went missing for a short while 1) Email arrived informing me of missing customer parcel 2) Follow up phone call 3) Further email with tracking/scan details 4) Final email confirming delivery with attached signature scan All of this was entirely instigated by Interparcel's in-house customer service team.

I have used Interparcel Economy for several years and have been 100% happy with the service from UPS. They are a top-quality courier with liveried vans and smart, polite, helpful drivers, unlike the scruffy white-van-man types used by other courier firms today.

What can I say .. shipment company providers are judged by two criteria Price and the delivery companies that they employ .. Interparcel succeeds with both items .. by providing the best shippers and really good prices at tolerant size/weight values

Extremely easy to order and great selection of price/speed of deliveries. Customer Services replied very quickly (James Giffen) when I was querying my tracking on an order and put my mind at ease. Much recommended.
