“This is good but as I've said on the header I would like to be able to set up an account which automatically populates all my own information. It would also be good to be able to enter several packages onto one order. Still very good and will continue to use”

“Looked to use Royal Mail to send an Ebay packet. They increased their prices by 25%, last month. Interparcel took the item for me charged 30% of the Royal Mail price and delivered as quickly, safely and with a receipient signature. TOP SERVICE+++”

“Decided to use Interparcel recently and was delighted with the outcome. Web site easy to understand and hence easy to order and pay for delivery of goods. All I can say to them is; "Thank you for a first class service"!”

“Easy and well priced. Pick up and delivery were fine. Only problem was the first day scheduled pick up didn't happen and rebooking isn't automatic. By the time I realise it wouldn't be collected and phone thru I'd missed the delivery slot and had to wait for the next day. My parcel was delivered 2 days late. Not the end of the world but not ideal. Sort that out and it'll be perfect!”

“Got my usual high standard of service from Interparcel with a package for Venezuela but Charlie, one of their team went the extra mile when the address was not just how the delivery staff at the other end wanted it. Prompt and efficient action meant that the package got there despite the naysayers predicting that we would never see it again! Well done guys and thanks for the help”

“I send two to three parcels at a time I like the prices and th convenience of dropping off the parcels at a local depot. It's better than waiting in for a courier to pick up, I can go when I want. The only irritant is that when sending multiple parcels I have to enter my postcode and details again on every occasion A small gripe I know but if there was a way for the ite to remember my details and preferences, that would make a great service a greater one I intend to keep using your service.”

“Really ? Nothing to say , the webpage is easy to understand the quotes are reliable and the service is on time. a delivery outside UK takes only 7 days which is reasonable if you rely on the logistic of the next country. I can only recommend this service as they also work with more than one carrier. So you can choose what and whom you pay for your parcel to get collected within next day or on a date that suits you most and delivered within next day or on a date you like”
