“Before the Royal Mail put their charges up I posted a parcel and ir took 21 days to arrive. I was told by the post office when I asked about it that Royal Mail would not look into it until it had not arrived after 30 days. I started to use Interparcel both the home collect and the drop off at a shop, all items arrived in two days and did not cost as much as the post office. I wish you would do a service for lighter parcels e.g. under 1kg then I would use it more.”
