“Last week I sent a parcel to my son in the USA, as always I used Interparcel and as usual they didn't let me down. The parcel was picked up at 12.30 on Monday and was in my son's hands by Wednesday. I have been using Interparcel for 5 years now and frankly I wouldn't use anyone else. The documentation I needed was emailed to me with clear instructions. Well done and thank you everyone at Interparcel. Next parcel in a few weeks. The price I paid was a lot cheaper than other carriers too, so win win all round.”

“I had to send over 60kg of books from Italy to the UK. I was very worried because I could not find a viable solution. Shipping was really expensive elsewhere. However, a guy who uses Interparcel to send electric guitars through the post recommended them to me, and thank God he did: they were brilliant. The site is really easy to use, the ordering system is idiot-proof, and if you have any questions, like I did, the ladies were incredibly patient and clear in their answers. Everything you need to know about how to send a hefty package through the post is explained on their site, from how best to pack your box, to sending you printable address labels. The best thing about them is the price: I went to Fedex directly in Italy to get a quote, and it turned out to be around three hundred pounds. Through Interparcel, I got the frighteningly amazing service of Fedex but for ?120, no joke. That's 60 kg of books, two boxes, from central Italy to Blighty in three days, NO FUSS, NO WORRIES, NO PROBLEMS. I am so grateful to Interparcel for enabling me to get the great Fedex service for a snippet of the price. It felt like getting into Cambridge with only a Brownie Badge. I have already recommended Interparcel to people in the UK for domestic use, and in a few weeks' time, I shall be using Interparcel again to get the same (bloody) books from the UK to California. They are the cheapest I can find. Thank you thank you thank you.”

“Morning, I used your service for the first time ever last week to send three parcels, I would like to say how easy your service is to use, and straight forward ordering, no hidden costs or stupid questions to answer, no need to print out labels either. The courier turned up first thing in the morning and was lovely and friendly, he handled the parcels carefully and listened to our instructions on how the parcels were fragile. The parcels were delivered the next day in perfect condition with not a bump or scratch on them. To find a perfect service like this these days is rare and I will be recommending your service to all and everyone. Thank you so much for for your perfect service. Regards Amanda Townsend.”

“I could not be more satisfied with my recent encounter with 'inter parcel'. The service online is second to none offering varied courier companies lots of different prices and timescales! I chose 'city link' and through inter parcel I found it very easy to track my parcel and the recipient of my parcel was very happy too! I would and have highly recommended the company!! Much better than others I viewed!”

“Having had quotes to send my 26kg parcel with the well known carriers, I decided to try Interparcel. Expecting a quote similar to the others, I was pleasantly surprised when the price was a little over 20% of the cost of the others. Obviously I booked the collection there and then. (I did wonder if they would come to collect my parcel, or phone me to say there was an error), I duly printed out the address label and shipping waybill, and stuck them to the box (This is a nice feature - and saves you having to write your own labels out!). Next morning at around 10am a driver arrived and collected my parcel; and next morning it arrived at it's destination safe and sound. Great job done at an incredible price. Thank you.”

“Not being familiar with courier sites and not having returned goods this way many times I found the advisers very helpful when struggling to use the site for the first time. Also when goods could not be located by the receiver the advisers were very helpful. When choosing the shop for collection the website did not confirm ones choice by any remark or movement on the display and unless one realised that the site had accepted the choice by scrolling down you were left wondering if anything had happened. Sounds stupid I know BUT FOR SOMEONE NEW TO THE SITE it needs something to flash up to confirm shop has been chosen.”

“Booked and collected on Monday. Notification via tracking that UPS has delivered to Houston today (Wednesday). Just waiting for confirmation from my son that he has managed to collect it from the office in his apartment complex. So far I have been very pleased with the service. I have used other intermediaries in the past. I think it depends on which carrier is chosen when making the booking. FedEx is best for rural Australia, UPS for any city and nothing at all works in Italy! So far I am very pleased with the service.”

“THEY LOST MY PARCEL WHICH WORTH ALOT TO ME AFTER RINGING TIME MANY TIMES THEY PROMISE TO REDELIVER AND AFTER 1 WEEKS THEY SAYS ITS LOST????? GIVE INFORMATION TO TRACE THE PARCEL, NOTABLE THING IS I SENT 3 PARCELS WHICH WAS QUITE HEAVY BIG BOXES SO HOW THEY LOST??? THEY JUST MAKING ME WAIT LONGER AND NOW I DONT THINK I WILL GET ANYTHING BACK”

“I've used InterParcel maybe 10 times before - and about 40% of the time there has been an issue. The latest issue is that they have re-arranged collection 3 times now as the courier didn't bother coming to collect the parcel. The email responses from the heads of customer 'service' were bordering on obnoxious, and quite frankly, I'm seriously disgusted with the service and the manner in which I've been treated. I'd rather take a cheese grater to my eyeballs than have to deal with interParcel again.”

“Totally useless. Prebooked for collect a few days before collection and no one turned up. I emailed them the day after collection when the seller contacted me to say no one turn up, and they said they would collect on the same day, But no one turned up. Messaged the seller of the item I want collecting from, He told me his wife wasted a whole day waiting for the courier. I've emailed interparcel several times, only had one reply telling me it would be rebooked, I've heard nothing for the last 3 days. Messaged the seller again, Courier has not turned up at all?!.. I've received no more emails, or even had a call? Demanded a refund, Waiting for Monday for an answer, if not, I will chase my money back through my bank. Bad service, this is the second time I've had problems with this company. Beware!!!!”

I started using interparcel since 02/01/2010 and THEY have always been a Top class Company to me ,always recommend them I have never got into trouble with them AND they have never failed to collect all around the world. “Most of my parcels get to their destinations with no problem. recently, though, one parcel went missing - it arrived at the sort hub, then nothing. This was disappointing because it was a silk bridal bouquet which I had sold for charity. My buyer was very disappointed and I had to refund the amount she had paid, including the courier charge. I find, now, that I will not be refunded the postal charge as I didn't choose to pay for the guaranteed service. I had thought that the guaranteed service would mean a refund of the value of contents and the charge.”
