“All the major courier companies have contacted me in the past to try and offer their services direct to us, HOWEVER they can not beat or even match the price and service given by InterParcel. Well done and thanks for all the money you have saved me in the last 4 years.”

“This is a great company to use, we've been with them for years and have never felt inclined to try any other company. When problems arise they just sort everything out without breaking into a sweat. Very helpful, very good. Recommended!”

“Our over all experience with interparcel is great, reliable and efficient, we send out many parcels and they are in the main delivered as per agreements. Our only gripe is that when things go wrong it can be immensely frustrating, with queries taking a day or more to be answered and investigations taking up to 18 days to get any firm answers. From our point of view, when customers are waiting for goods, having to tell them we have no idea where their goods are and it could be some days until we know is frankly unprofessional and embarrassing. City Link are the problem delivery wise without them I am certain we wouldn't need to put in claims or call for assistance in tracking items. Without them we wouldn't know about the lengthy procedure of locating a parcel. They have delivered our orders to addresses the other end of the country to where they are supposed to be, lost packages completely and left goods unsigned for out in the rain. City Link in our minds provide a completely unacceptable service, and unfortunately reflect badly upon yourselves.”

“Parcelforce is cheaper most times in the UK if you have an account but for getting the best price tracked overseas deliveries, Interparcel always works well. Sometimes the actual delivery company craps out - I would never use DHL for that reason - but generally Interparcel gets good value and is supremely easy to book.”

“Spent 50k with Interparcel over the years , sent about 4000 parcels with them . ALL OVER the World ! had 3 or 4 problems and they were sorted as well . Because they are super reliable , and even more efficient when things go wrong , they win contract after contract with us .”

“Collection arranged for Wednesday. Rang them 2pm to be told definitely that day. Didn't turn up. Collection had been rescheduled for next day am. Now 2.30 and still no show.”

“Ridiculously easy to use the booking system, great choice of couriers and good pricing to suit all occasions, from urgent to non urgent. No silly problems trying to get printers to work with bespoke booking systems, instant confirmation and labeling.”
