“Use Interparcel for your EBay sales & pay by PayPal. Just make sure that you specify AM or PM collection or you will have to stay at home all day.”

“very quick and easy to use you do not have to be registered and can do single parcels very quickly ,i think to do multiple parcels you have to be registered?still it's the only one i use as it's not clotted up with loads of deals that are difficult to compare.love using it.”

“As a small business I can't get access to sensible pricing when I deal directly with Fedex and UPS. Interparcel is a very efficient online parcel broker that gives me the courier services I need at a price my customers and I can afford. Interparcel staff are very responsive on occasions when support is needed, e.g. they'll alert me if a parcel has not been deliverable on the first attempt and will pass on the refund when applicable on delayed deliveries.”

“In total 3 attempts were made to deliver the parcel. On each occasion the recipients made it clear that the intercom had broken at the communal front door of the block of flats where they lived and that the delivery person was not to assume that no one was in. The delivery drivers were given full instructions on how to alert the flat owner to the fact that they were trying to deliver the parcel including directions from the communal front door to the flat itself. They were also given the mobile phone number of the flat owner in order to call them when they arrived at the front door . They did not do so and consequently failed to deliver the parcel three times over three days. Eventually the recipient had to go to the depot and collect the parcel in person before it was sent back to me - the sender. All in all, an appalling trail of incompetence.”

“I have used interparcel on several occasions and found that they "do what is says on the can". The parcel is collected the next day and delivered within 24 hours. Tracking is easy as well. The cost is very reasonable.”

“Whilst on a short break in the UK I treated myself to a new hifi. I live in France and couldn't bring it back on Ryanair. Went on the web and Interparcel's quote using DPD was half that of the dealer. Booking the shipment online couldn't have been more simple and, two working days later, the parcel arrived. How much better can that be?”

“The website is easy to use and the support team has been excellent on the few occasions I've needed them. Only downside is there is no way to set up an account (that I can find) despite the option to log in.”

“I've used Interparcel for years. Their delivery service works smoothly and their prices are competitive. Unfortunately, if a delivery is late or goes missing they try their best to avoid paying the compensation they advertise. That makes a 5 star company into a 3 star company.”
