“Very good value service as long as no issues arise. Poor communication between carrier and Interparcel means that if there is an issue it takes longer to correct than if you were dealing direct with the carrier. REALLY BAD - IS THE RIP-OFF TELEPHONE LINE AT 10P A MIN. Otherwise good service for the price, we use then almost every day.”

“Really happy with the service. Although once I opted for the drop off option. Expected delivery was the next day - I hadn't realised this is just an indication when using the drop off. Luckily the materials weren't need until the following day - but if not, I would have been very stuck.”

“The Interparcel site save me a lot of time and cost as I can see all the courier prices on a page, select and book. In addition I find that Interparcel's own quote is often the lowest and the courier is invariably UPS, which is reassuring. One issue I have is that I cannot complete online bookings without entering the recipients phone number and I often don't have this to hand. I quite understand that this is useful information but it would be more user friendly if completing this field was not mandatory.”

“Only ever had good customer service from Interparcel. The staff have always been quick to help me track a parcel or correct any mistakes made by myself during booking. The only problems we've had have been with the courier firm itself, in our case its always TNT. Problems with TNT not trying very hard to find an address. Once waited almost a week for TNT to get the parcel to a recipient.”

“We had nothing but trouble with Yodel and Citylink not collecting. Since using UPS Drop off every parcel is collected from a local store and delivered. Can't fault this service through Interparcel.”

“This has to be the best courier service ever. Whenever I've had a courier account before, the costs were astronomical and I used to spend my life filling in waybills with the same old details again and again. This way, it's all automated on Interparcel's brilliant website, where you can store all your contact addresses and just order a collection in a few clicks. It has saved me loads of boring work and time and the company loads of money!”
