“I have been using this service for a few years now and would recomend it to anyone. The quote system is easy to use to allow me to accurately price postage costs for my customers with a wide range of services. The booking service is simple and straight forward. Obviously, as with all business, we all experience problems now and again but these are handled swiftly and professionally. A top rate service.”

“This is the 1st time I have used Interparcel. I booked the next day delivery service with CityLink,however the parcel took 2 days to arrive - apparently the original driver was taken ill. These things are unpredictable & I hope that the driver is feeling better. there was some damage to the packaging,but the item inside was unharmed. The delivery person was courteous & friendly. As to whether I use Interparcel in the future is under consideration.”

“I stopped using Interparcel for a while last year because i was let down a couple of times. However, I decided to try again this year and everything has been fine - collections have been made on time, and the price is much lower than any other delivery service I have found for single parcels, so it's all good!”

“I'm very happy with Interparcel but had some slight damage to a pair of Tiffany Light Shades I recently sent. They were insured but having diffficulty in claming of this small amount. It is still ongoing and awaiting for quote from repairer which the Buyer is chasing. However, I will continue to use Interparcel.”
