“Easy to use website. Cost efficient when sending larger packages than Royal Mail. (Nearly 99%) Always turned up to collect item and always delivered on time.”

“We use Interparcel for all our non urgent deliveries, they are good value for money. I would only advise that you nevr use Hermes on Interparcel. I used them twice and both times they lost the parcel, it never was found or delivered. UPS service is the best through Interparcel, never a problem with them.”

“I use Interparcel when I have either an urgent parcel for collection the same day or are sending an item which might be a little fragile. Whenever I have had a damaged or missing item ( hardly ever ) Interparcel sort it out very quickly without giving you an headache. UPS especially are fantastic, never had a damaged item yet. Brilliant service, would recommend to anyone without hesitation.”

“its an easy site to use. A range of options are given for you to use to send your parcel - some are expensive but you can see a good range of prices and service. the parcels are delivered on time - that's important . I would recommend this company to anyone.”

“After a little worry at first when my parcel ( small ) was missed by the driver at the shop, the service was brilliant. My parcel was delivered in double quick time. I would have given five stars but for a day dreaming driver.”

“Excellent value and does exactly what it says on the tin. Good choice of courier services and good information about each service. Cheaper than using the big courier companies directly, but same service. A no-brainer.”

“I needed a courier to get some papers to Jamaica as quickly as possible. Booking through Interparcel was half the price of going to the big courier companies direct (TNT/Fedex etc). Courier door to door took three days and I could track my papers on the Interpercel website. I also received text messages informing me of the safe delivery of my papers. I would definitely use this Interparcel again. I was very impressed”

“Booked time between 13.00 and 17.30 Van arrived 13.20. Very pleasant driver Never done this before would definitely use this firm again if I needed to send parcel to Spain. Just hope it arrives ok I do have a tracking number. very good this end not so good in Spain. Driver e mailed and said no one at address there was but he didnt find the address luckily i gave my friends phone no. so he rang and she had to meet him at medical center. Parcel now safely where it should be. Thank you”

“This website is very user friendly and the customer service team were very helpful when dealing with a query I had. The live chat with an agent called Kirsty was a pretty tedious experience. She was very slow at responding and when she eventually did, she managed to not only have the wrong information but somehow convey a rude tone, even through her typing. Impressive skills! Shame really as the overall experience was good;more training required on Live Chat please”

“We need to use interparcel because of our location. 7 out of 10 usually go without a problem. When there is a problem....forget it!! The online chat service? That is there just to frustrate you even more! Useless....And when, eventually, it is confirmed that they have indeed lost your parcel, then be prepared for a further 28 day delay to receive your money/refund. They can take your payment immediately yet 28 days for a refund?? The Customer Service department, when you call, seem to be unsure that they are indeed a 'Customer Service Department', with again useless information and passing you from pillar to post! If we were not in such a countryside location we would use another company but unfortunately we do not have that pleasure. However, all delivery and uplift men are very polite and always willing to help us out when they have not been informed of uplifts.”

“Used this service to return an item bought on ebay that was incorrect. Had a real hassle with both ebay and Paypal getting a refund so I called interparcel, spoke to a young lady who could not have been more helpful. She gave me all the information I needed and I got the refund from ebay 30 minutes later. Without her caring and professional manner I would still be slogging it out. Excellent service.”
