“I was unsure about using an online carrier but the service you gave me was excellent. Your on line tracking is very good I always new where my parcel was and most important it was delivered on time will definitely recommend you and use you again thank you for an excellent service.”

“They collected when they said they would,despite bad weather and delivered when the said they would. Customer service was on the ball to answer any queries. Have used them for years and now when I want to send I just click on Interparcel. I look no further.”

“Excellent service. Cheaper than any other local courier company. Customer service is excellent. Unfortunately the courier company drivers doesn't have a facility to phone the customer in advance before delivery or collection. If they provide with a phone to call on request i will give 10 out of 10. Many thanks”

“Reasonably easy access to website; time consuming assembling the necessary information; but mustn't complain as I had to complete the packaging etc on my own, bit difficult having 'spinal scaffolding' and, like the Duracell Rabbit, my heart runs on battery power!”

“I recommend Interparcel as they are reliable and trustworthy, I was told about them by a colleague about a year ago and have used them quite a lot since. I sell a few large items on E-bay and some people that list on E-bay state collection only as they do not know about Interparcel. Interparcel opens up your selling range to further afield rather than to people that live near enough to collect from you.”

“I sent a parcel from England to Northern Ireland. The parcel was collected on time. The collection guy was very polite and the parcel has arrived safely. There were updates online, so well done. I paid extra for confirmation by a text message of the safe delivery. That I didn't receive. Its a minor point and that part is as a waste of money ,but otherwise well done. I would use the service again and recommend to others.”
