“On the website said that parcel would be collected on the day of ordering, say Thursday. Within minutes company rang and said it would be impossible to collect that day as the van driver had already left, and would it be ok to collect following day. What impressed me was that they bothered to phone to tell me, instead of letting me wait all day. Parcel collected when they said it would, and delivered within a week. Price cheapest I could find. Would use again.”

“I would recommend Interparcel to anyone. They are quick and efficient from pick-up to delivery, even on their cheaper services. A 15kgm. package from Milton Keynes, Bucks, to Costa de Almeria, S.E., Spain in three days at a very reasonable cost, excellent.”

“Have used Interparcel extensively for nearly 5 years now and can say it is a good reliable service. However I still have an outstanding issue with damaged goods from 8th August 2013 but have heard nothing back. The order and tracking number below. Order number: 9000444 Tracking Number: 939000444521 Can you please clear this matter up soon, or at least acknowledge it!”

“Surprised at how a PF48 service for a parcel dropped off mid afternoon Friday in depot does not move out of depot until Monday to be delivered Wednesday ! On the other hand 2 dropped off with UPS started moving very quickly so mixed results from different carriers so very difficult to judge service yet. Does seem well priced though.”

“I use a courier for my small scale business and find Interparcel the simplest and quickest way to book the service. They provide the shipping labels too - all I have to do is wrap the parcel and print out the label - and then off it goes!”

“What could be simpler! Interparcel takes the hard work out of sending parcels by organising everything for you for less than half the cost of Parcelforce and with a home collection and delivery service included.Just pay and print up your labels and receipts online and wait for the courier!”

“My daughter works at a ski resort in the alps and we have sent over 4 parcels to her [including a 25 kg suitcase which was cheaper than hold luggage] and have received outstanding service.You do not need to shop around just book .”

“I only send parcels once every few months, but when I do they tend to be around 30KG. Never had a problem using Interparcel. UPS tends to be the main delivery agent they use when just selecting their std service. The most important aspect for me is being able to select a collection window. Other similar services expect you to be in all day.”
