“I sent a very well packaged item using TNT couriers, arranged through Interparcel. It was my very first experience of using Interparcel, and I took out additional insurance through the company. The item was delivered broken and completely useless (it has been ceramic). I tried to claim through the insurance I had paid extra for, to be told as it was ceramic, it was sent at my risk. When I asked for details of their legal department so I could pursue the matter further, the conversation was ended and the information requested not provided. Moral is, if you have anything even slightly fragile, do not use this company. Appalling service and will never use again.”

“Used Collect+ standard signature service - very easy online booking, fast and efficient service with online tracking and SMS delivery confirmation. Dropped parcel off at 9.30pm at nearby collect+ location. Confirmation of delivery 36hrs later - very happy with the service.”

“Today I want to send a parcel Portugal and I fill up online form. I select collection time 15:00 With in 10 minutes door bells and man from collection was waiting outside! It was the best service I have ever had Thank you very much Ranjan Kumar RS LASER LTD”

“I am happy with the delivery service provided, that said the website is a ball ache, I'm not sure how many pages and clicks there are between start of booking and payment but it's way too many, and there is no basket so if you have multple packages to send its a major headache.”

“We send out toners and items for photocopiers, so when we send it, it needs to be in the right place at the right time or the machines stop working which costs us money. Interparcel have become an integral part in our logistics and they have never failed on a delivery or a collection even when booked on short notice, I can't fault them and can't recommend them enough.”

“Love this site as it is so easy to use. It lets you even prints the shipping label and Invoice. We have not been able to match or even get close to any of the prices which we have been quoted from Interparcel by going to other couriers or even the same. We have sent packages to different countries around the world now and our customers are still delighted with the service.”

“good efficient service, good prices, resaonably easy to use and to get problems fixed but there are too many problems - at least 10% of the time it is not possible to download the shipping labels and it is infuriating having to email interparcel and request they send them and then having to wait ages for them to send the link again. For that reason i am looking around for alternative options but if they could fix that glitch they would be near perfect.”

“Have been using Interparcel now for a few years, for both personal shipments and E-Bay sales. The quote process is simple and free and enables you to establish the real cost of shipping bulkier items sold on e-bay before listing. Their aggregation of carriers means they can leverage much better pricing than individuals can with the main carriers direct in my experience (just look at TNT direct as an example....) and they provide good options for extended delivery and insurance. Never been disappointed with their service, pick can be organised remotely from and to anywhere, so you can even arrange collection from 3rd party provided they are willing to cooperate and have capability to print the necessary documentation. Happy shipping.....”

“Have used Interparcel through my work for the past 3 years and when I needed to start shipping on a personal basis, I continued with them. I've tried other companies but in my opinion, Interparcel is the best. Website is easy to use, wide range of delivery services offer and booking is simplicity itself. Documentation is excellent and when required the back up from the customer services team first class.”
