I have been useing this company for the past 2 years, i have not had 1 problem, took a parcel to the post office, the other day,and they wanted ?15 1st class, came back home booked a courier on here, and it cost ?9.78 will use these all the time. royal mail is getting to much now. keep up the good work. thank you.

I have had a couple of failed deliveries and damaged items, but overall a good service. The UPS and City Link services are particularly good.

Frankly speaking, there is nothing to complain about. Every single time I use Interparcel, it delivers. Couriers are always on time for collection or delivery, never misses, and the website is very easy to use. Keep up the good job :)

They offered the best price, and the parcel was collected at the specified time, and also arrived when expected. However, the tracking didn't work, and I had to enquire of progress from a human.

Service good to date apart from one instance when no collection was made, and no contact to explain. As the window for collection is basically all day ( 7am to 9pm) this was extremely inconvenient. This is 1 area which could be improved by giving a smaller window ie am or pm for more convenience.

They picked up on the right day. The parcel arrived at 9 am the next day and I was sent a confirmation text as requested. I would use again.

No complaints whatsoever. I am a one man band potter and send may work within UK, to Europe and the States. I always use Interparcel and have not had any problems. Charlotte

I use Interparcel a lot and 95% of the time I don't have a problem. Whenever a problem occurs it always seems to be on a Sunday or Weekend when there is no way to contact anyone, surely an operation as big as this would have 24 hour coverage or an alternative way to access your booking. For example, I have just booked a collection, Paypal payment has gone through....but Interparcel site has crashed before any documents have been generated. This has probably happened to me 3 or 4 times in the last year. My other observation is that the instruction email issued is exactly the same regardless of which courier firm you are using and where you are sending your parcel. For example, some Parcelforce services dont require you to print a shipping label...not mentioned in any of the info from Interparcel, just a lack of shipping label, leading you to think there's a problem with the site again.

It's easy, enter your postcode, the delivery postcode, weight the parcel, measure length, width and height of parcel, get quotes. Quotes are for next day delivery or 2 day delivery, express. You get the cost of delivery minus vat, but that is easy to add on. You can have delivery with or without signature and you can track it. Also in many cases cheaper than Royal Mail. 10 -15 minutes and the process is complete, print all your paperwork out on your printer and away you go. All that you have to do then is pack up your parcel, attach the Shipping note and wait for delivery, which you have already arranged between the hours convenient to you, on the day convenient to you, and you know when the parcel will be delivered. Like I said Easy!

I have used Interlink service a lot in the past 2 years and found them to be excellent . The service on line is very good, very simple and easy to use. I have on a small number of occasions had to call customer services to change details and also "Excellent service" BUT !! My only complaint, I once had to increase my carriage insurance to ?250 and had to make a claim, all good experience again, BUT they stated it could take upto 28 days for payment to be received ! Well it took 29 days, amazing since a parcel and be collected and delivered no problem in 24 hours yet claims are very slow. Other than this one instance I still believe they offer the best service and value Thank you
