“I had to arrange delivery from one part of UK to another , to myself and it had to be done easy and without too much frustration. I looked online and found Interparcel. It looked easy and understandable what they offer and I found exactly what would be best for my needs. That was drop off service at your chosen point and parcel would be delivered to my house. Perfect. Anyone would try and see how easy to choose and book , lots of payment options as well. You get your receipt and labels straight away , you can print , save or whatever you like to do and whatever you can do. In my case I had to send label to the other part to print out and put on parcel for me- easy. When everything was done only one thing to do then - to take to the drop off point which you choose before booking most convenient to you or to person who is going to take parcel to it. With maps and adresses its easy. Best thing is that you are not tight to your home don't neet to wait collection just take to the drop off point thats it. In my case parcel was taken to the point friday afternoon and on monday early morning around 8:20 knokck on the door - parcel is delivered. That was way over my expectations because it says 2-4days. I had it in 3days over weekend. Awesome. Will use it again definitely”

“I would be happy to use this service it is cheaper that dealing direct with the major courier companies. I would find it even more convenient if I could log in to retain my information rather than enter it every time”

“Easy to get a quote & then choose your delivery service....I've used this service about 4 times now, as its cheaper for slightly bigger parcels than the post office....and they collect from home....bonus :) Labels are provided for your parcel (on screen & emailed)...so you do need a printer, as there's a tracking barcode on the label. I've used Hermes collection from home & the parcel has been picked up on the day quoted.”

“I send a lot of parcels 500g to USA and begrude spending ?30 to ship FedEx so I really would like to see more effort winning this business. Overall a good company to get competative quotes for anything 1KG plus. I use them all the time.”

“I use Interparcel for occasional despatches for the business consultancy I work for. We are located in a very rural area, without local Post Office services, so such services are extremely useful. Booking the delivery service was simple, with labels and clear instructions provided. The courier arrived on the correct day, and for this latest delivery it got there in excellent time, ahead of the provisional delivery date. Would not hesitate to use again - in fact I use this firm regularly. On the only 2 occasions we have had trouble we got a full refund without question.”

“Due to my work I have to arrange several parcels every week to be couriered around the country. Interparcel suits my needs giving a great selection of companies to choose from with the added bonus of a pallet service, all at cometitive prices. The website is clear and online submission forms easy to use. Have been using this site for 5 years. Regrettably there have been 3 issues with parcels not delivered on the expected dates but customer services have dealt with these.”

“i use Iparcel if your looking for a reliable carrier service, they deliver next day or two day delivery, or saturday, have a look on there site and see, there prices are varied as well, so you can choose how much or how little you want to pay, they also have signed for deliverys and a SMS which tells you when it is out for delivery & when the parcel arrives and who signed for it a fantastic service”
