“Online ordering easy to use. Able to access same day pick up and company arrived within 1 1/2 hours of order. Do need a printer as company will not collect without relevant paperwork complete at time of pick up.”

“Would be helpful if a time could be pinned down, so you don't have to wait in all day. That and I always want some paperwork when a parcel's been taken. Think this depends on which service you book.”

“I have found Interparcel to be an easy experience in sending out any parcel to any Country. Booking the courier on-line is so easy and quick to do. Delivery is exceptionally fast in most cases. Various couriers and prices are at your fingertips and you can pay as little or as much as you wish as there are choices in cost. If I have had to cancel a transaction for any reason this also is just a telephone call.”

“Its worth noting that your opinion maybe tainted depending on what courier service you use. Yodel, Myhermes, are cheaper, but carry a little more risk than Interparcels preferred service UPS, which is done by drivers in vans as opposed to freelancers in cars. I recommend to pay the extra for peace of mind.”

“Found I needed to send a long (nearly 2m) parcel from the Greater Manchester area to Teesside as soon as possible. Using Interpacel, I found a suitable carrier at a really great price. The parcel was collected from home during Friday afternoon and delivered early Monday morning. Brilliant!!”

“When things go wrong, through no error of customer, either recompense or correction are not easily approached. I had booked a parcel for urgent/next day collection. It was not collected on the day and I was not refunded the difference. Otherwise all ok.”

“I found the Interparcel website very easy to use, with each step broke down logically from entering parcel details, choosing a service and carrier, through to payment. Recommended”

“Quite easy and convenient way to send parcels. The only issues I have is that when sending parcel abroad, say an urgent document, on your selection you assumed that everything going abroad is an export. You should be flexible with selections or better still include documents. Secondly you have made the day end time unalterable, yet the reality is that businesses have different closing times and not always 5.30pm as you suggest. What will be the point of an agent turning up at 5pm when the business closes at 4pm. You should make the user say the day end time and that way you will avoid useless trips to businesses already closed for the day.”

“this was the perfect answer to my needs for sending a large bulky package recently. Much cheaper than the Royal Mail. Courier came to my office within hours of placing order. Paypal payment was useful too even with the 2% surcharge.”

“Good service Monday to Friday but weekend booking not good! System blocks itself , have to keep rebooting keeps asking for 1st names not initials so you have to wait till Mondays for booking pick-ups for Tuesday.”
