“I don't normally write reviews, but I actually really feel quite strongly about Interparcel, who have a very simple system for booking individual courier deliveries. I have been using them for years, and when I had a problem with a courier who didn't collect, they were quick to resolve the issue for me.”

“The City Link system is very easy to use and also fast and efficient. However a recorded delivery system would be extremely useful. I would definitely recommend to friends. I repeat that recorded delivery is vital.”

“Verry good service, always finding the best price, I only wish you had dpd quotes on your website aswell, notice few people sending with them, unsuccesful attempts for me though as I cant figure out their complicated web site (I mean where is their quote section). Anyway great service, will use again, definitely recommended.”

“I ordered the service, attached the delivery label, completed the transaction and literally within 2 minutes UPS turned up to collect, apparently he was just making a nearby delivery. I doubt that will ever be beaten”

“Online booking was easy as I have used them before, the price is much better than Parcel Force for example. What was irritating was that I requested the collection to happen between 12.00 and 17.30 and the driver came at 10.44 and I popped out for half an hour and subsequently missed him/her. What is the point of requesting a large block of time when they don't adhere to it? I telephoned the helpdesk and was advised that they can't guarantee what time they driver comes. It was rebooked for the following day, but again can't guarantee what time it can be collected. I specified the morning but, it could happen at any time during the day. I am self employed and if I don't work, I don't earn. I cannot afford to be sitting around waiting for a courier to come and have no idea when he/she might arrive. So in that regard, poor service. The woman I spoke to on the phone was helpful and pleasant though.”

“I have used Interparcel many times to book couriers, mainly for eBay sales. The website is easy to use, simple to get a quote and book, most of all the choice of prices/services is excellent. The only thing that could improve would be the ability to get a quote for extra insurance without having to start the booking process first. The one time I had a problem (courier had not arrived for collection and it was getting late, I phone Interparcel and they immediately contacted the courier and confirmed they were late but on their way. First class service.”

“Website is easy to use. Contacted by email to ask question about goods being transported, reply received by next morning (initial contact was on Sunday eve!) Used chat function to ask further questions, no problem there. So far, so good. Parcel not been collected or received yet, so hopefully, good service will continue! Just been confirmed, parcel collected bang on time... hopefully will arrive without hitch, great service so far.....”

“I count it as a fortunatre occurence when I heard of Interparcel and decided to try them. Couldn't really be easier to use the service, it's very competitive on price especially considering that I invariably book with UPS, whom I consider to be the best and most reliable of couriers. “This is the second time I have used this company for sending a heavy parcel UK mainland. They are totally reliable and efficient. The parcel was picked up by a really cheerful courier who was very polite and encouraging that delivery would be made the next day. The price was far less than other companies and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you and well done.”
