“I've sent hundreds of items by Interparcel and have never once had cause to complain. I use the Hermes dropoff service mostly. It's very flexible and convenient, the shop I use is open 12 hours a day. For most of my packages it beats the Post Office on price and delivery time.”

“yesterday i chose interparcel to pick up some wheels because the communication was great the website was easy to understand and they were quick to get to work .Today they picked up my parcel and i'll have it by tomorrow ,i know this as they have made it easy to track with instant updates.”

“I liked the fact that it was easy to use< you just have to enter the town of collection and delivery and you get your results straight away. There is plenty of choice as you can decide whether you want it next day or in 2-3 days or even drop of to store. i like how it shows the different prices of company's and you can therefore decide for yourself which to choose from. I ordered for collection of a parcel to be delivered within 2-3 days and the payment process was easy too, you have a choice to pay by paypal or by credit/debit card. Overall the process was easy and fast and i will be using again”

“I would truly recommend interparcel, never let me down, when I had a problem with a damaged delivery a couple of years ago, they did not hesitate to sort it out very quickly with a positive outcome. I have used and recommended their efficient service ever since.”

“I have used Interparcel for a number of years now and have sent many, many parcels in the UK and around the world. I have never had an issue with their service or with any of the companies that they use to transport goods. I have found them very efficient, good value and reliable and now never even look anywhere else when I have something to send. Their website is very easy to use , even if you want just a quote and all the relevant couriers are displayed for you to choose from and if you do choose to send something then all the documentation needed along with labels are made ready for you to print with no hassle. Try them, you won't look elsewhere once you do.”

“I send parcels to my sister in Italy frequently. I started using a courier because so many of our parcels sent by normal mail have gone missing and never reached my sister. The cost was often ridiculous as well. Most of the time the contents were presents for her children so this was always upsetting. Have always used Interparcel as the choice of service and couriers is varied. The door to door service is amazing no matter which courier is used. I tend to go for the cheapest price but the parcel is still delivered in a few days. And the fact that you can track the parcel is an extra re-assurance plus now the add-on of a txt to keep you up to date is forward thinking. People shouldn't think that couriers are any more expensive than regular post because they are which you would expect.”
