“I've been happily using Interparcel for several years. I just enter the weight and dimensions of the package I want to send, then select my preferred carrier (usually UPS), and sit back and wait for them to collect it. I've only had a couple of experiences where my package wasn't collected when it should have been. On both occasions TNT was the carrier. TNT blamed computers, so I just avoid them now and have had no trouble since!”

“Interparcel is very easy. They have a range of the best prices, the website is easy to understand and they pick up from your house which means no more traipsing to the post office and the large queues. So far they have,nt lost anything or failed to deliver. great service”

“Things went well at first. I finished my application, paid by credit card, then got a message saying my booking had been successful and documents were being processed. The next paragraph said 'Sorry, no details have been found for this order. Please contact Customer Services.' It was too late yesterday evening to do that, but when I rang them this morning I was told the order was in place and collection was being organised! I had worried unnecessarily and when I asked why this negative message had come your CS person had no idea! It was very perplexing and I might have booked another courier. Hoping all goes well with collection tomorrow and subsequent delivery!”

“Excellent prices, great service but frustrating when entering delivery and collection addresses. Web page says find address, so you select an address go to submit and an error comes up address line will only accept 30 letters - so it has to be manually abbreviated.”

“I have used interparcel for years now, it is quick and easy to book deliveries and there are many ways to send parcels. With the length restrictions on royal mail and collectplus this is the best and cheapest way to send longer items. I have only once in all that time had a missed collection which customer service dealt with promptly so I would highly recommend them.”

“I was recommended to Interparcel some years back and have found the service given on their easy to use website second to none. The major courier's prices are clearly shown along with collection day, printing requirements and delivery times. Only ever used another company once - disaster! Highly recommend Interparcel to all my friends and business colleges.”

“Have used this company for a few years now and have always found them very reliable. the only problem I did have was with a US delivery by Hermes which took ages. I just avoid Hermes and so have no problems.”

“I sold an item on ebay and when I got the qoute from my preferred courier it was double than what I anticipated.I stumbled on this website and with their easy simple website I got the qoute which was less than half price.I paid online printed the label went and dropped of at local mail depot which saved me extra 2 pounds .I took extra insurance out to make sure damages were covered text option for buyer and seller 20 p each gave me extra peace of mind .excellent service fingers crossed i hope my large package is delivered in one piece.”
