“I have used a number of courier services over the years and have never thought about interparcel before, I've tended to go to a website directly, but I can honestly say, it was extremely pleasing to have all the different services quoted on one website. I could choose pick up dates, delivery time and whether I need a printer to print the shipping label. Very easy to use and the courier came on time. I have an email to ensure me my order has gone through as well as a tracking number on screen and in my emails. I chose next day delivery service, which has often been too expensive for me, but as Interparcel has given me all the choices, it turned out to be only 80p more to ensure my parcel is delivered the next day. I even had the choices of dropping my parcel at a collection point or collection from my house. I chose to have it collected as it was a heavy parcel of 8kg and it has cost my ?10.62 inc. VAT to ship 200 miles away. The driver picked up before 11 and brought the shipping label with him. Very efficient. I would recommend to anyone rather than shopping around yourself, let Interparcel do it for you!”

“Not just once, parcels sent by Interparcel got lost. Although LARGE, they vanished. Others been wrongly delivered. WHY SOULD THE CUSTOMER wait 28 days to be compensated ? As a seller, I have to refund the buyer straight away, so I'm left without the money too ! Why do I have to give 28 days credit, and right to the partner who DID NOT HIS JOB !!!??? Yes, the one who gets best is the courier who lost the parcel :))”

“I went on line and decided to use a courier service I had not heard of before as I don't often use couriers, of course I had my reservations with all the stories you hear about lost goods, late deliveries , but it was very good, straight forward in completing the order online, then the collection and delivery were quick and early delivered. I was very pleased and will use this service again with confidence and would definitely recommend them. If I were to describe them in a few words I would say they are 'efficient and cost effective' what more could you want!”

“I have previously tried a number of other sites and was completely let down when deliveries of goods did not arrive on time. When I am away from my family for so long working in the UK , its important to me that I send over reminders of Home and treats so I still feel part of their lives when hundreds of miles away, and even more so on Birthdays and Christmas. My job requires me to move around the UK, so I need a service I know I can rely on, and as we live in the countryside of France, knows how to find us when the goods arrive there. The delivery drivers and the collection drivers now know me, and it just makes its that much more personal that they will ensure it gets there. I changed to your company after a terrible time with DHL, and you assured me that they would be there in time for Christmas. Dont look anywhere else.”

“Not a lot to say really!!! Do what I want them too and when one of the third parties working for them make an error it is sorted with one phone call. 100% English speaking and understandable people on the phone lines. Have sent over 1000 parcels and only one issue with CityLink loosing a package but Inter parcels claim department were fantastic and paid in full within a few days.”

“Absolutely great! Collection driver was extremely patient while I printed off labels as was having a printer nightmare. He was very friendly and understanding and didn't mind waiting a couple of minutes. The parcel was collected at roughly 230 pm and I got a text at 1 the next day saying item delivered and who signed for it! Absolutely great service great value will definitely use again!”

“I have been using Interparcel for the last 4 years to send a quite large box to Paros in Greece. The whole procedure is very quick and easy, and the prices are the most competitive around. I had read lots of scary stories before booking the first time, and was very nervous on Paros (which is a very small Greek island and deliveries are not good at the best of times) waiting for my box. I had considered 10 days to 2 weeks at least for arrival, so you can imagine my surprise when it arrived after 4 days!! Last year I had a small problem as my box was returned, as it happened I had put a nail varnish in the box which is against Parcelforces rules. I was informed that this would cost ?20, I accepted this as I was to blame, the rest was reimbursed, the box rebooked and delivered within 5 days. The service I received regarding this was great on the part of interparcel. I would not hesitate in suggesting to anyone to use Interparcel, and I do believe that all too often the only people writing reviews are the people who had problems - they are a few considering how many parcels are sent everyday without complaint and without leaving a review.”

“Compared to Royal Mail the service provided was so incredibly cheap. The parcel turned up within the time stated. I would not hesitate to use this service again and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a cheap, reliable service. It is nice not to be ripped off like I would have been had I used royal mail”
