“they are a god company but as headlined only for simple packages going around the mainland without any interruptions, if you want to send something heavy / abroad, or there is any problems that arise IE receivers end, or the package itself, then interparcel will almost always forget about it until asked or maybe when a few weeks have wasted by! they are also said by carriers to not be communicating well, the customer service department isn't too sharp on emails either! in conclusion the customer has to keep an eye / close monitoring through the duration of the contract and if need be the customer has to use both his hands on the phone to keep chasing them!”

“No issues what so ever. Clear and concise instructions on what label were to be attached to the parcel and where the parcel was to be dropped. Excellent service, will defiantly be using these over RM in the future...not to mention a much more competitive pricing structure.”

“Interparcel website and service is much easier to use than some of the other courier companies that have sprung up recently. Although I have had problems in the past they are minor in comparison to myhermes or parcel2go. The best thing with Interparcel is that you get a document that has some resemblence to an invoice, whereas the other courier companes seem either unable or unwilling to provide an invoice for the service provided. Very odd.”

“I booked for a parcel collection and was told it would be collected on Wednesday before 7pm. The courier knocked just after 8am and completely caught me out. He was early, polite and friendly. I have used this service before and was completely happy with the service and the cost. I have no doubts that I will use this company again and again and recommend it to my friends and family.”

“I am happy with overall service but I believe if you automatically rebook collection next days if its missed for some reason. It should auto rebook until 3 days and after that if not collected due to customer fault, customer should call and book recollection, I have no issue during past 3 years with interparcel very good price and quick delivery only the issue some time with collections, if missed or driver unable to collect you have to call and rebook which can be automate as system know the collection was not made or missed thanks”

“I have used inter parcel twice now and both times have been easy to arrange and the delivery driver has always been happy and careful with the parcel. My items so far have arrived at their destination and perfect condition which is more than can be said for royal mail. I hope this service continues to impress for future use.”

“I have been using their service for last 8 years had no issues what so ever !! With Them you speak to real people not the web pages go this link and go there and end result is zero you don't get any where keep going round to no where I would recommend them ,”

“Collection is a 9 hour window 9am 5pm I requested no collection between 1 and 2pm due to going to work and my partner coming home this could not be guaranteed and as i expected the driver arrived at 1.40 so not collecting our parcel. The second try he arrived at 2pm and my parner had to run down the street to stop him driving off out of the 18 hour window across the 2 days he arrived both times when we did not want him to !! As for delivery and tracking can not fault either tracking facility is excellent and delivery is normally the next day, I will continue to use the service BUT if i find a company with a 4 hour window so we do not have to waste the whole day then maybe i would change”
