“Interparcel collected my parcel within two hours of me booking them. The driver was very helpful and reassuring that my parcel was in good hands. I liked the way that I could track my parcel all the way to China and it arrived at exactly the time I was told it would. Excellent service and very reasonable price. I will definitely use them again.”

“Was searching to send a parcel that weighted just over 1kg, as post office wanted ?11 for recorded, Interparcel store2store via ups tracking included was ?1.43 Yes thats right ?1.43 RIP post office and delivered the next working day 5* service and superb value”

“We often have to send last minute parcels and previously used a small courier service. Using Interparcel allows us to choose what price we want to pay and how quick we want to send it. Excellent value everytime!”

“This was my first ever 'courier' experience and I had been warned by a friend that it was likely to cost me over ?30 to retrieve my eBay prize purchase from Harrogate and bring it to Milton Keynes. Yikes - loads of money! Anyway, I found Interparcel on the internet and put in the quote box the very large dimensions and very heavy weight (11 kgs) of my parcel. Then I held my breath. Bingo! - about ?10 in total, including a text message telling me when my parcel would be out for delivery. This was a really good service and I was very impressed at how smooth the whole transaction was. If I am ever daft enough to buy a huge item from eBay again, I will certainly go back to Interparcel!”

“It would be helpful if you could reduce the expected pick up time, having to wait in between 09.00 and 18,00 hrs is too long. An AM or PM estimate would be acceptable, however with sat nav and advanced computer systems the window could be reduced even further. The package was delivered within 24 hours from pick up. Well done.”

“Took a parcel down to a local newsagent who is an agent for UPS who was helpful and friendly. Parcel then tracked as delivered within a couple of days, as requested. I'd definitely use them again!”

“I CAN HIGHLY RECOMMEND INTERPARCEL, IF YOU MAKE AN ERROR THERE IS ALWAYS SOMEONE ON THE END OF THE TELEPHONE. I HAVE USED INTERPARCEL FOR SOMETIME NOW AND UP TO YET HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS. JUST TRY THEM FOR YOURSELVES, YOU CAN'T GO WRONG”

“I have used this service many times to send parcels to my daughters in France and Italy. They collect on a Monday afternoon and delivery is made in France on Wednesday morning and to Italy Thursday morning. Fantastic and cheaper than adding luggage on to my flights when I go to visit”

“The only slightly confusing aspect was to print 4 shipping notices in the instructions and there was no shipping note attached. This is in a separate email received 1/2 hour later. Why is this not in the first email with all the other documentation? I used the chat line to get round this and they were very helpful”

“I forgot to sign in this time but i always use Interparcels. Sign up for a free account then a few clicks you can see where your parcel is any time day or night. I have used interparcels to send to Baghdad and it was there in 5 days door to door for our customer. The insurance works and it is quick, on the one time we did lose a parcel with City express paid up in 7 days ?250. That was not interparcels fault it was a courier issue.”
