“We have been using Interparcel for several years to Europe and South Africa and have found them to give good service. On the few occasions that we have had problems, their customer service has resolved these issues with both courtesy and speed”

“Very reliable company, simple website, easy to compare prices. The only down side is that Interparcel seem to have an issue with shipping to Northern Scotland; other than that, I cannot rate them highly enough.”

“Interparcel is great for getting quotes for all sizes of parcels and using a number of couriers. Their website is easy to use. quote are quick and the cheapest prices are clearly displayed. Their tracking is very good, apart from the drop off, which aren't tracked. Their customer service is also very good.”

“I booked a collection on the Sunday evening with City Link as my chosen courier. On Monday (at about 10.30), the guy came to pick up the parcel. The package was delivered to the recipient the next day. The whole process was smooth and painless. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is that the driver who collected the package didn't leave a "receipt" of any sort. This is perhaps more of a reflection on City Link though.”

“Since starting to use Interparcel a few years ago I wouldn't think of using anybody else and have never had a parcel damaged, it is a very friendly service. I always use UPS who are always cheerful, well dressed and very helpful.”
