“Why do people still use the post office? Had my parcel collected from my door and delivered when promised the following day for half the price. I tell everyone I know about this service, it's absolutely brilliant and they've never let me down.”

“So long as you have a bit of time and a printer then you can save a lot of money. The drop off point is probably just as close as your post office and there are no queues! What's not to like?”

“Having tried all manner of ways to send our customers packages Interparcel has the best and easiest systems to use and the selected carriers never let us down. Their partners TNT and UPS (the ones we use in the main) have been excellent. Royal Mail could learn much as all our goods used to go with them. I am a very happy customer of Interparcel. The selection of methods and price opened my eyes.”

“We found this a straightforward website to use. prices were vg Everything went through first clicks. the proof of the pudding is in the eating of it - will the parcel arrive at destination, and when??!!”

“I had a heavy package of 36 books to send down country. The online system was simple, easy to use and very clear. The parcel was collected at 4pm and we had notification that it was delivered and signed for by 10.02am next day. Fantastic!!”

“Use interparcel quite a lot to send Parcels to Europe, USA & Japan. All usually runs smoothly (probably because they use UPS to do the hard work), but if you hit a probelem and therefore have to come off internet and need to speak to someone - I've found them on almost all occasions to be really unhelpful, and often on the boarders of 'rude'. They perhaps need to rethink 'Customer Service' a much misused term - certainly in this instance.”

“Overall the system works well - but a few improvements would be good too: - an account service for multiple use, as much as anything to speed up ordering collections / deliveries - address finder on the payment card details (when payment address is different to collection address). Again to speed up the process”

“Quick to get the quote. What you call height I would prefer to call depth as mine was a ladder and height and length are the same. Would like to see you insurance on goods more clearly accessible.”

“Sold a 17kg item on e-bay and used this site to get quotes. After completing the online questions which took only a few minutes obtained loads of quotes. I chose one that evening and the following day at 10.00am there was a knock at the door for pick! Invested in SMS text messages to advise when delivered. Could not fault this service and no I don't own any shares in the company!”

“These guys came up with the most competitive TNT service I could find to send Snowboards to EBay Buyers. On-Line Quote System is simple and easy to use, I was that happy I have switched all Snowboard despatch to this method! (I even checked the prices twice). As scheduled TNT collected and delivered the parcels with efficiency.”

“I have booked a number of parcels via this website now, and on the whole, the service, when the parcel is collected, is excellent, however beware, as the courier has failed to collect on a number of occasions, leaving me frustrated that I had not been contacted to provide an explanation, nor had the parcel been then automatically rebooked for the next day. This then involved phoning the company and having to manually rebook, losing several precious days when the parcel should have been on its way to the destination. And no compensation for this is provided, despite it being their fault. Highly irritating to say the least. If they can sort out this problem, the service would be vastly improved, and my satisfaction levels would be greatly increased. Despite this grievance, I stick with them for now as the prices are the most competitive that I can find, but please improve service to cusotmers when parcels are not collected!!!!!”
