“Always easy to use service, great for a small business. I get a good price for my deliveries and so far haven't had an issue. They quickly answered the few questions I had using live chat.”

“Website easy to use and and give you quite a few different options for transport. Prices more than reasonable. The only drawback - rarely have to rebook when pick up fail to show up”

“Parcel was collected and delivered from Scotland to England within 24hours. The chap that collected it was very polite and efficient. First time I've ever used courier service and I'll definitely use it again. Thank you.”

“I had a largish item to courier that I had sold on ebay. I found the online service very easy to use, the choice of carrier was good and the prices reasonable. My buyer decided to change the delivery address about three hours before the courier collected from me. Despite some scepticism on my behalf the Interparcel customer service changed this efficiently and my parcel arrived with the buyer promptly. I would definitely use this service again and recommend it to others. Thank you.”

“Website is user friendly and quicker to use than some other agencies. My one small complaint would be shipping prices to Australia. Some other agencies are able to ship to Australia at vastly reduced prices compared to Interparcel.”

“I ask for pick up by 11.00 and the were on my driveway exactly on time. Only just finished packing the item securely. much better service and cheaper than parcelforce and I would have had to get in the car to drive to the nearest post office and wait to be served by a grumpy assistant. Well done UPS”

“I find this service quite good, the prices are competitive, the service is quick. Unfortunately a couple of time I had to re-book the collection (I've paid it twice) because the courier didn't collect the goods. I was not told the reason”

“I have used interparcel for three or four years now must be about two hundred parcels and i think i have onlly had two problems with couriers not picking up parcels they have always rebboked and resolved any problems quickly.”

“We have used Interparcel for a few years and efficiency seems to have improved considerably over the last 6 months or so. Booking in is faster when the fields autofil and as long as booked in before 12 usually have same day collection (we used to have a problem with non-collections etc). Hopefully this doesn't tempt fate and cause a hitch now!)”

“I use Interparcel a lot and have never had a problem with them. They offer a range of courier services with various collection or drop off options and are very keenly priced. They are often cheaper than the delivery charges I'd pay through regular suppliers who have accounts with international courier companies - but as they say, volume shipping is everything and they must be doing huge volumes to offer Joe Public these rates.”
