“booked on line delivery man came next day..an parcel arrived 24hrs later...i had paid for 48hr delivery so it was extra bonus it got there even quicker...but receiver wasnt in when parcel arrived so they took it back to depot...my friend made a call back to depot an they came back later that day..no problems at all...would use these again great service...thankyou...”

“Transfered a large collage family photo to my daughter of her 50th birthday party in Fleet Hampshire, was able to track the progress of the package and make definite arrangements for someone to be available to receive it. The collage will be topical at this years family get together. Thanks to all involved Pat Lochery”

“I must have used you for 4 or 5 years now. Problems are few and far between and your call centre staff are brilliant. Answer straight away and resolve issues there and then. The one insurance claim I had to make was dealt with very very quickly. Can't you offer training courses to Royal Mail? How dare they use 'Royal', they should be had up for treason. 10 months they take to resolve insurance claims!!!!”

“We have Italian family and getting anything to them was a risk. Usually it just would not get there. Since using Interparcel we have had 100% success with guitars, children's gifts, magazines and baked beans!!! Our parcels have been picked up in the window we have been given. We and our Italian family have been able to track them all the way to the door. We played our part by packing them securely and they have arrived safely. We do not post anything anymore. We save things up and use Interparcel.”

“It can't be any easier really. Just enter the destination and postcode then measure and weigh the box and your quotes are on screen in seconds. Sometimes the fastest isn't always the most expensive so it really does pay to use the site as they have a wide rang or couriers on their system. The hardest part is packing the item up!”

“Interparcel are a third party company but their website is extremely functional and helpful. Good customer service if problems arise. One tip from experience, you can choose which courier service collects your parcel, the lesser known ones often don't show up on the correct day and have to be chased up. The main companies have always been excellent in the many years I used the service.”

“I use Interparcel to collect and deliver my bigger sales on eBay. They are much cheaper than the post Office for the bigger items, and they come to you to collect the sold item, and deliver to the doorstep of the purchaser. You can even tell them where to find or leave a package if you are out. No problems with them at all and I have recommended them to several sellers on eBay who are quoting far too high carriage costs. My only gripe is the window given for collection - basically no choice other than the date. It would be helpful if you could say am or pm sometimes.”
