I have used Interparcel for some years and I have always found the service to be first class. There is a choice of couriers and a selection of prices and same day collection is possible. They collect from home so there is no hassle. The prices are certainly cheaper than posting with Royal Mail and they would be my first choice for any parcel. Tracking is available on every item and of course there is a receipt for proof of delivery. I have sent many items worldwide and I have never had a problem.

I have been using Interparcel for years. My initial experiences were OK with a couple of hiccups and the customer service that I received when I had issues was hit and miss. Nowadays however, it is a different story. I think that I have had two missed collections in the past year and regardless of whether it was the fault of the courier or Interparcel emailing garnered me the appropriate response and the parcel was collected successfully the next working day. I have not tried to call Interparcel for years and don't know if they still have a premium rate number but if it can be done by email, that's fine with me. I know that there are plenty of parcel services out there but I will continue to use Interparcel as my first port of call, they're cheaper than the Royal Mail and regardless of the size, weight or content of my product, I always seem to manage to find a carrier at an affordable price.

I had a welding set to return to the shop I bought it from online. I had missed the post by Royal Mail so tried Interparcel. They collected the parcel from me within the hour, gave me a tracking number, so I saw that it was delivered and signed for the next day. And all for a third of the price quoted by Royal Mail! I cannot fault the service I received and would certainly reccomend them to anyone.

I've used interparcel many times and never had a problem. I always use parcelforce as the courier and never had a problem there either. The website is easy to navigate, and the customer service when you do need to call them is very efficient and helpful. I will use them everytime I need to send items bigger than what Royal Mail allows.

Having never used anything but the Post Office for all of my 60 years, I thought the projected cost of my largish parcel at approx ?28 more than a little OTT ! So, I turned to the internet & with a certain amount of trepidation, booked the courier INTERPARCEL. From the beginning, everything ran like clockwork, the item was collected by a polite, young, (student age) man.....& I then monitored progress online. My parcel was delivered exactly when I had been led to believe it would, was signed for, so that I knew it had arrived & within 3 hours, the recipient had it up & running & had excitedly contacted me to update me. I'm SOLD!!!- Who would want to haul heavy, cumbersome parcels to their local or not so local Post Office, probably incurring Fuel cost as well, when they could await collection in the comfort of their own homes, knowing their item(s) were covered by insurance AND all for a hugely better PRICE? BTW, it cost me less that ?6, a saving of ?22+

I had sold a fairly expensive item on eBay and I needed to send it to an adress in Kent (Im in E.Sussex). I tried to send via Royal Mail, but they were quoting me ?21 for an item that was in a shoebox! I went on Interparcel for some quotes, the cheapest being around ?4 ranging up to ?15. I decided to go with the next day option (around ?9 inc. VAT). When I came to print out my label, my printer decided to pack up! But after a quick call to the Interparcel team, the money was refunded straight away and the order was cancelled (I checked my phone to see how long the call was... 47 seconds!). Luckily I got myself a new printer and ordered again. The pick up to the final delivery was effortless and I could not recommend them enough!

Using the website was easy and parcel was collected on time. Using the tracking facility enable me to identify that the parcel had not be delivered. Contacting Interparcel identified that the courier had lost the parcel (not Interparcel's fault) and the staff at Interparcel guided me through the claims procedure which was dealt with promptly resulting in payment for the full value of the goods sent and a full refund of the delivery costs.

I've used Interparcel on multiples occasions and I've generally found them to be very good. I had one little issue at Christmas when a parcel wasn't collected on the chosen day but I understand that was due to unprecedented demand and there was no lastiing issue. The website is easy to use and I can always call customer services if need be.

We had a requirement to send a parcel to Jersey, our usual method of transport meant the cost would be impractical in relation to the value of the goods being shipped. We found the Interparcel website to be easy to use in terms of getting a quotation to ship the goods, and then the actual booking process and collection of the goods. This was very easy to use website and straight forward no nonsense courier, the best part of course was the price, a fraction of our usual carrier method! We would certainly use Interparcel again and would not hesitate to recommend Interparcel to others, WELL DONE

I used Interparcel recently and have to say their service was first class. The price was good, they supplied all the labels pre-printed and I could also track the progress of my parcel from collection to delivery. I would certainly recommend them to friends and family.
