“My parcel was collected just after 8.00am, which was great for me as it meant I didn't have to wait around for hours for someone to turn up. The courier phoned ahead to make sure it was convenient for him to pick up the parcel and when he arrived he was polite, helpful and efficient. Great service and very cost effective, just as I like it. Would definitely recommend to anyone.”

“Have just received my parcel posted from England to France,At first i noticed UPS had delivered to the wrong village address.Immediatly Emailed interparcel in the UK and within the hour they had informed UPS who redilivered an hour later.Although I appreciate things can go wrong I think the continued service I received from Interparcel and the customer service team was excellent.Will use again John Stansfield ,,,France”

“I needed to send an I-phone to Cambridge and for safety's sake decided to courier. Interparcel were the cheapest option and the phone was delivered efficiently.”

“I have used Interparcel several times now without problem. Recently I sent a parcel to China. All the tracking shows is that the receiver refused the parcel but the receiver claims it was stopped at customs. Whichever, I guess I will never know. This lead to a troublesome time in trying to get the parcel returned to me but Interparcel and in particular Becky Blythe were superb. I think Becky must have got fed up of hearing from me but I was genuinely concerned as my parcel was showing as abandoned at customs and I feared it would be simply disposed of. Becky did an outstanding job in organising the return of the parcel. Great service and brilliant to deal with a customer services department who do care about their customers and do their utmost when things do not quite go to plan. I will certainly be using Interparcel in the future Well done. 10 out of 10 for Interparcel, 11 out of 10 for Becky Blythe !! :-)”

“The level of service I have received over the last year has been great Only one parcel reported with damage and the refund was sorted our quickly and efficiently. I have sent in excess of 75 parcels in the last 12 months most of them fairly fragile Today somehow a collection was double booked, one email and I was credited within 2 hours Collection reliable and always on time and courteous drivers Great service”

“I use Interparcel every week, they're doing a lot right so I keep coming back to them. Sometimes there are issues (as with the order that prompted this review), which are the courier/carriers fault (not Interparcel themselves), and Interparcel have always been able to sort it out. Not instantly, sometimes it takes a while, but they've always come through.”

“Tried to send parcel via parcel force who said they did not deliver to the area required in Scotland. Found inter parcel on the Internet and had an excellent service. Everything about the company was perfect. Would strongly recommend and will definitely use again. Thank you”

“I booked with Interparcel because the online shop I ordered from used Royal Mail, which failed to deliver my parcel for unknown reasons. Interparcel was only half the price of Royal Mail, and they delivered the parcel within only a couple of days. Definitely preferable to Royal Mail.”
