“We have been working with Interparcel for almost 10 years now. We have been always impressed by the level of service: prompt, precise, trustworthy. We could not speak highly both of the services provided by Interparcel and of the outstanding customer service we get from their staff. In all these years, Interparcel has always been there for us whenever needed. Their prices are very competitive and very transparent. The interface is simple and effective. Every single time (and really not very often - which is good !) we needed to contact the company for whatever reason, the staff was immediately responsive and efficient. They are second to none. Thanks to you all Interparcel Team ! And just to mention one who helped us today: thank you Samantha Kennard and all your colleagues !”

“Your service is extremely efficient, and staff have been especially helpful over a question I had about contents. Packages (sent via UPS) invariably arrive exactly on time, or even earlier. I know it's silly, but I feel confident parcels will reach my family every time I use your service, and UPS drivers make me feel a special customer.”
