“I used the website to track a parcel and it didn't have enough information to tell me where to get my parcel, which had been delivered to an access point. I used the live chat and spoke to Nicole, who was very helpful and gave me the information I needed right away.”

“I used the Chat Help today to sort out a duplicate order caused by a website error and Nicole was extremely helpful and had it sorted within about 3 minutes!”
