I made an error in my order in that I entered a wrong address. I sent an email but as the order was being collected shortly I need the amendment done quicker so I tried their chat option. A customer service agent called Kate responded immediately and changed it all on the spot and sent me a new address label. Good service. Prices are good as well for MyHermes with signature. Can't find cheaper elsewhere.

A no mistake service!!!! My parcel arrived in the time shown on the booking confirmation and intact. Also a record price for that service, I would have paid a lot more using directly UPS, DHL, PARCELFORCE or other delivery businesses. Special thank you to Mr Sam Kennard for his precious help in correcting my mistakes :)

Frankie Jackson saved the day! This could have been a bad review because my parcel had not been delivered on the day specified, and I'd waited in all day for it. I was not happy! However, Frankie arranged for it to be delivered on the next day I was able to be in to receive it, which was 6 days later. It arrived halfway through the morning and the driver was very helpful, carrying this very heavy package to the outhouse where I wanted to store it. 10 out of 10 for service - just make sure the 'no show' doesn't happen again!

This person was very helpful James G My parcel invoice was lost, I spoke to 5 diffrent people before someone told me it was sorted. It was meant to be delivered 4 days ago and there is still no change in the tracking number

Booked online on Saturday morning for Monday AM collection. Made a mistake with the booking, emailed the office not really expecting to get a response on time as it was over the weekend and office was shut. Received a very nice email from Josie Smith on Sunday saying she would rearrange. Very very satisfied- thank you Josie!!

Cannot be more terrible. Booked a collection for Wednesday and it's already Friday late evening. Waited for three whole days for the collection to come, and every time we ask we get the same response: it's still due for collection today till 9pm. When you finally get someone to tell you the approximate collection time, IT'S A LIE. The parcel has turned from a not so urgent one to an urgent one now, yet no one in the company seems to find waiting three days for a collection is an issue. And when do you expect the delivery would arrive by?

Hi Stefanie, Thanks for your feedback, having located the order and checking this, I can see that we have raised a complaint with the courier in regards to this and asked they escalate the matter to ensure collection is made. They have assured us that the goods will be collected today as they have advised the driver how urgent this is now. I use Interparcel for all my deliveries and find them quick and efficient. I was particularly pleased with customer services today. I had a problem because my client had given me the wrong delivery address, Nicole Rowland, the Customer Services Advisor I contacted has liaised with TNT and arranged redelivery. She has done this promptly and efficiently, and kept me up-to-date - great job Nicole - thank you!

Very poor service. Failed to pick up parcel. Refused to pick up again following day when delivering to my address. If this is the premium service I would hate to see the basic.

Hi, James G answered my query well thank you however on previous occasions we've asked further information , e.g. why hasn't our collection been done and further information never been given it except "you'll just have to wait till 6pm and see" and collections are NEVER done as late as this.
