“I have always found the staff at Interparcel to be very helpful if there have been delivery problems. None of the problems have been caused by Interparcel themselves but unfortunately the companies with whom they work. The communication in respect of notification of delivery is always valued such as that by Kirsty Cooney early this week.”

“Very pleased that Lisa came back to us. I have to say I don't find the live chat so helpful sometimes, they tend to cut off the chat too soon or sometimes don't even come back to you”

“At short notice was unable to be available to receive my parcel. Using the live chat facility I connected to an agent called James G and within minutes was able to re-arrange my delivery for another day. Chat facility was very useful and James G extremely helpful”

“Dealt with Rachael Smith - recipient didn't realise the item would be delivered instead of held at a location for him (yeah, i know....!), and Rachael advised me of the options. Hopefully a re-direct is in place to deliver it where the recipient can actually collect it!”
