Excellent service, and very helpful staff. Very impressed with Ellie who kept me up to date about a parcel that was held up, which meant I could inform our customer of the status of his order and maintain our professionalism.

I recently used Interparcel delivery service and was very impressed indeed. Collection was on time and delivery was actually earlier than I thought. An easy and cost effective way to send parcels, no hassle with anything. Highly recommended! Thanks again. Mr R Ayres

I am in discussions currently with James Giffen, who is helping me with a delivery to Guatemala. I initially called regarding my delivery and James came back and between us I believe we have sorted out everything within the hour. Arranging the collection, easy.... Printing of documents, spot on.... Not sure how many invoices I would need to USA, but James confirmed 4... This is my first week of using Interparcel (my colleague usually does this but is away on leave), and I must say, so far so good! Thank You Interparcel!

I always use Interparcel for courier delivery and have never had any problems until today. I made a mistake entering our customer's address so the address label was wrong. Using the online chat system, a very helpful person at Interparcel called James fixed my mistake very quickly and efficiently.

Encountered a problem when booking a UPS parcel on your website (which is actually something I have encountered before, which is a real pain) where the site would not let me book it for same-day delivery, as the latest 'earliest pick up time' was 10:30 which was before the time that I was booking the parcel, despite the fact that UPS will usually pick up same-day parcels if you book them much later than 10:30. I sent a message to your customer service team and within 5 minutes James Giffen replied saying that he had rebooked the parcel for today and apologising for the system error. Really great customer service, many thanks.

Have used Interparcel previously with no problems, but usually selected DHL for home collection. This time selected UPS. What a disaster!!! And also used one of the drop off points. I would not recommend this service. My parcel after 4 days is still sitting at the drop off point. No explanation at all from anyone. UPS will not speak with me directly. Tell me to go via Interparcel. Interparcel vague in their reasoning for the delay, only that it will be picked up from collection point today. Totally disappointed with the overall service and will seek alternative arrangements next time.

Hi Alison, sorry to hear your experience with us on this occasion has not been a good one. I have checked the order and I can see my colleagues escalated this with the courier as soon as we were made aware by yourself and they will be collecting the goods today. As we are not flagged up on failed collections, we do need our customers to let us know if items are not collected from them or the drop off points so we can raise the matter with the chosen courier. I would not recommend using Interparcel. I arranged for a courier through them to ship a large parcel. It was picked up, scanned and has now gone missing. I was not given a receipt when the driver picked up my parcel and Interparcel have now advised me that I will not be in a position to make a claim. They take no responsibility for missing items. Be warned!

Hi Ben, This is not normal procedure, I have checked the order and I can see that UPS advised us that we would not be eligible for a claim as we do not claim with the couriers, all claims are dealt with in house and should your item be declared lost, we will issue a claim for you. I can see that a tracer has been raised with UPS and I have gone back to them to advise that proof of collection is not left by them, as soon as I have any response, I will contact you. Customer Service Advisor Ms Sabrina Slade dealt with a difficult FEDEX matter, not adequately dealt-with by Interparcel staff on two prior occasions. She patiently listened to my dissatisfaction with the Interparcel service, posited a solution and acted upon it, bringing the matter to a satisfactory close within 1 working day. Additionally Ms Slade took the time to email me with details and confirmation of her actions. Ms Slades communication skills, problem solving ability and speed should be your template for a high standard of Customer service, Well done! These actions have restored my faith in the Interparcel service. As a regular importer I will use and recommend the service again. Regards. Clive Lindsell

I managed to process the order quickly and with no trouble whatsoever. The price was very good, everything was very transparent. Then, when I needed to cancel I e-mailed customer service and Sam Kennard cancelled my order and refunded me within the hour. All in all, much better service than I would have expected from a company like this. If I need to send a parcel again, I know where I'll go!

bad customer relations poor correspondence could not care attitude would not recommend to anyone to use this site will do best to stop trading as lost customers parcels and goods

Hi John, thank you for your review. I have located the order and can see that the item is currently having searches carried out on it with the chosen courier. I am very sorry this is the case however we will contact you with any updates we receive from the courier.

I contacted today Interparcel regarding the charge taken from our credit card that we did not recognise. The member of staff, Josie Smith, dealt with my query straight away and resolved the issue in the high professional manners within less than 20 minutes. Very impressed. Thank you
