“Fantastic service. Kate O/T was professional, knowledgeable, polite and FAST! I am very impressed. It took 3-4 minutes to sort everything out. I am very impressed. (Earlier today I used ebay's live chat and spent 40 minutes without even getting a partial answer.)”

“I called InterParcel offices to confirm a collection as it was 30 mins to the dead line. Spoke to James Giffen your Customer Services Advisor. He was very helpful. He told me that he was going to check with the company and come back to me. He was super quick to response to my enquiry . Great service!”

“Lisa Irish was extremely helpful when a parcel went missing. This hardly ever happens but as our recipient was out a lot she missed the delivery. Lisa Irish helped by tracing it down and sorted out the problem for us. Our one suggestion is that Interparcel ask UPS to leave delivery notes telling the recipient where the parcel can be collected from. many thanks”

“Interparcel are very good as intermediaries, though the communication between them and the couriers is sometimes a little slower than if you booked directly with the courier. This said, the prices are very reasonable and it's handy to be given a range of delivery options to chose from.”

“ive been using interparcel for quite a few years now and very rarely been let down and I mean very rarely. parcels are always collected when they are supposed and delivered next day. staff are very helpful in particular sam Kennard who always replies to me emails in very quick time. thanks to all at interparcel for a great service.”

“My parcel was a long time coming and the tracking number I had been given seemed to be incorrect. My telephone number, although supplied, was incorrect. After many attempts to find my parcel through UPS, who I was informed picked up the parcel, I filled in the contact form on the website for Interparcel. I was contacted near immediately by Annelese McBride who was helpful and polite. My parcel was soon located and all went smoothly after that. Annelese contacted me again to let me know that it was on the way. Thanks.”
