Having used Interparcel for the last 6months or so (previously with Parcel2go) I have noticed that lately their service and direct communication has improved greatly. I'm starting to see the personal touch coming through - as an example today Ellie Paul emailed to advise of a failed delivery to one of my customers and that enabled me to advise them to be ready for a re-delivery the following working day. I have been mulling over going direct with UPS but for now, with such great service, I'm staying with Interparcel as I don't need to go anywhere else - reliable systems (have never had a failed collection when using them), fair pricing and now great back office customer service. Well done Interparcel - great work!

I use Interparcel for both overseas and Inland parcels and find their website easy to use and failsafe.

I had a problem with US customs after shipping an order. My client got in contact for an update and automated tracking didn't reveal much about the state of the order. I phoned interparcel for help, and Megan Elliott picked up and was very helpful in resolving it quickly. It turned out that customs needed a copy of an invoice, and had some issues communicating this to my customer effectively. Megan sent this on my behalf which was great. - Matt B

I have to say the process was extremely easy , friendly and professional, a text to confirm delivery was great and then i had a courtesy email from Charlie Stocker to make sure all ok and happy ! - Brilliant - Thank you

James Giffen has been really helpful. I have been dealing with an issue for 2 days (which means speaking with 3 other Interparcel's employees) and he has been the only one giving me a solution.

Called to check on a delivery and spoke to Lisa Irish at Interparcel, she was very quick and efficient in providing an update. Later, she emailed me with a delivery notification, unprompted. Good service!

Generally i have found Interparcel to be very safe, reliable and competitive - in order of importance. Customer service is also very responsive - which is a refreshing change for a primarily online business. Only last night i had to change a collection location - but being after hours, followi a failed phone call i sent an email. Annelese expedited the email quickly, my item has been collected already and i remain hopeful it will still be delivered tomorrow. Thanks very much David
