James was very helpful indeed. It would be a better service if the person who received the parcel can change the address or get a call when the parcel arrives though.

Lisa Irish dealt with our issue quickly and efficiently. Interparcel is a great service, our only issue is on occasion the system duplicates our order. This means that we have to manually go through the orders every fortnight and check for duplicates and cancel them if necessary. I assume we would otherwise be charged for these, which is a little worrying.

Rubbish - sent a purpose transit case which was damaged- no claim as it should have been wrapped in a box- smoke and mirrors - use the post office much better service. I will never use them again and vote with my £1000 a year budget.

Hi Mike, thank you for your review. We do advise at the time of booking that all items must be boxed in order to be sent with our services. If this is not the case, the item is sent completely at your own risk and so cannot be claimed for in the event of damage. I am very sorry for the inconvenience that this has caused you.

I have been using Interparcel for a number of years. I have worked within the parcel/freight industry and I am really impressed with the system and service offered. Any issues have been solved very quickly. Insurance claims are dealt with very quickly (although I have only had 2)

I find Interparcel to be a great service, even when unfortunate events occur that cannot be helped, they are quick and efficient. Today a customer service advisor named James quickly sorted out a problem a had with minimum fuss. Great service and thank you!

I placed an order with Interparcel on Sunday morning (2nd August 2015) - receipt e-mailed back to me but no labels for the package. I therefore contacted I/P on the evening asking whether I should expect any additional labels to attach to the parcel. Your representative, Rebecca Pulling (Beka) responded almost immediately - very professional! Forwarded the labels to me and apologised on behalf of I/P for the delay. Superb service, great price and excellent representation! Will definitely use again!! 11/10 - Cheers...'j. Jason.P Rhodes

good service...only had a few minor problems after 9 years of sending thousands of parcels of all sizes and weights..minor problems were sorted professionally and rapidly thanks to employees like James Giffen
