“Works really well. Like the range of costs and good explanation re the differences. Very much like the ability to choose time of pickup - very helpful.Best for me and why I choose Interparcel is a) you carry musical instruments and b) you do a sensible value related insurance - if either of these were to go I'd be very disappointed. So I like the overall very comprehesive package.”

“We have used Interparcel for the past five to six years and we have had consistently great service from the team. We send sports equipment round the UK and increasingly internationally as well. Rowperfect UK is proud to use Interparcel. In fact, we found our courier costs have reduced over this period compared to our previous supplier. Would recommend them to anyone!”

“Great service and being able to track the parcel was an added bonus. One slight niggle was that the parcel wasn't marked as collected until quite late in the day when I knew that it had in fact been picked up at 11.00am. But other than that, all seemed to flow smoothly.”

“The whole concept is just so convenient and cost effective. I dread to think how much time and money we save using the service. We have tried to use direct accounts to couriers but it?s always more expensive and their websites are always more cumbersome to use. Go Interparcel!”

“I booked a large parcel, (a valuable painting), to go from Cockfosters to New York late in the evening of the 8th October 2012, through Interparcel.com website. I downloaded all the paper work, including Custom Labels, Address Labels, Insurance, Invoice etc. Collection of the parcel was given as 10th Oct. It was collected on the 10th Oct and delivered to New York in less than 48hours. How good is that!!. This was the third time in less than a week that I have used Interparcel. The other items being within the UK and their service and costs have been brilliant. Will I use them again, You bet! Well done Interparcel.”

“Genrally speaking Interparcel offer one of the better courier services online. I like the design of the website and the clear booking process. As I use these types of services a lot, I do check across other suppliers and interparcel are mostly competetive but sometimes far more expensive. Perhaps they could keep an eye on this to make sure they are one of the cheaper services.”

“My order was straightforward via the Interparcel website. Van collection of the parcel was on time, and I think my goods arrived in Japan on schedule. Pleased to use their service again in the future.”

“I use Interparcel for shipping eBay items all over the uk. Generally the service is really good with parcels being collected and delivered when they should. The only problems I have had are with City Link. I have had 1 parcel badly damaged, collections not being made on the date booked, tracking numbers not being updated and deliveries not being done on the next day service. Interparcel customer service are very good and sort any problems and keep me updated. Usually the service is first class and only let down by the one carrier”

“I am very pleased with your service, my parcel was collected in South Devon on one day and it arrived next day in East Yorkshire. Not a mark or any damage at all,, brilliant, I would recommend you to anyone.”

“I have been using this service for a good few years now. For a lot of items the cost is less than all the fuss of going down to the Post Office. I usually use the InterParcel Economy option, after which a well known premium courier company arrives. The current record from last mouse click to the door bell ringing is 15 minutes! I hadn't even had time to print out the packaging slip. On one occasion, to save money, I used the HDNL option, this turned out to be a dissaster. I took three attempts to get the parcel collected and so long to reach the customer that they were able to get the item refunded by PayPal. So I lost the item, the payment, and got charged for delivery and PayPal fees. InterParcel were friendly, but unable to help and I am still smarting from the experience. In conclusion, I am 100% happy with the InterParcel Economy Service and would never use HDNL (now Yodel) Service again.”

“I've used Interparcel continuously for the last few years and every single parcel has been delivered either on time or early without any damage or mishap. The only area in which they fall short is that they can't give you any idea of when they will call. Many couriers now give you a window so that you can plan your day. Interparcel need to do this as I do get a bid fed up if I have to wait in too long. If they do that, they'll get the fifth star.”

“We are very happy with the service we receive, it is quick and easy to book and no messing around trying to get a parcel to the post office. Prices are good and competitive and we have never had any problems. We recommend this service whenever anyone asks us who we use.”
