“I found the whole process easy to follow and fast. from reaching their website to printing the parcel label took less than 15 minutes, and would be even faster if i'd had an account, but I liked the service so much that I used them the next day for another parcel and will use them again for anything else. highly recommended”

“I use Interparcel nearly every week to send clocks to all parts of the UK and all over the world: in fact I've sent a large clock to Australia and it arrived there undamaged and with lightening speed. I would really recommend them to anyone who has difficult and fragile parcels to ship. If there is a problem, and it's rare, the claims department are very helpful and will resolve things satisfactorily. I wouldn't really recommend anyone else even if they were a bit cheaper.”

“I made an error in my email address so they came to pick up and I did not have the necessary labels - they were great I Contacted interparcel they sent labels and then collected next day .Great company would always use them”

“I have used Interparcel for a while and send parcels daily via them. I would not go anywhere else. Why? - decent rates - simple to use and well designed site - excellent customer service that is helpful and responsive - reliable. You can rest assured your delivery will be processed properly”

“We would still be using you 100% if you accepted liquids. It's frustrating that many of your preferred carriers accept our bookings direct of samples (non haz ear sprays, for example), but your own policy prevents this. Shame. Otherwise, a great service and user-friendly.”

“I stumbled accross Interparcel accidenly whilst trying to find a courier that would collect same day without having an account already set up and have been using them ever since. Prices seem really resonable compared to everywhere else and I've used them numerous times without any problems. Highly Recommend!”
