“Fast and easy booking system, good choice of couriers and services all with competitive prices. On line chat is fabulous everyone is more than helpful. When UPS damaged a parcel my claim was settled in 3 days after submitting the details ( instructions found on line quick and easy!). After being a customer of parcel 2 go for 18 months Interparcel and a breath of fresh air !!! excellent service I really cannot fault.”

“I made a boob with the delivery Postcode - put in a wrong digit - one quick phone call - lovely lady amended the address and reent me a label to print off! Wonderfuil service!! My parcel was collected within the time window - no hassle . Tracked it all along the way to a fast efficent delivery. Will certailnly use again - recommended to all as a courier service !! Thanks a million for making my first overseas non- Royal Mail delivery a success and so very easy!”

“I have been using Interparcel for a while now to dispatch all the larger items I sell on eBay. Their website is easy to use, straight forward and swift. I have not experienced any technical problems with the website at all. However, the shipping companies Interparcel partner with aren't exactly 100%, namely Hermes & Yodel. Hermes have now missed two collections I have set up in the past three weeks and looks like they've lost one of my shipped parcels. Yodel have dropped one of my parcels and damaged the contents which lost me money. In both cases though, Interparcel Customer Services Team have been great. I have probably spoken to all of them the number of times I called and they were all pleasant and helpful. Another thing though, they could do us consumers a favour and change their Customet Services Number to a cheaper local rate ie 0845 or even a free phone number. It cost a fortune to speak to them. All in all I like Interparcel and their ease of use and will continue to use them in the foreseeable.”

“I've used interparcel on many occasions to ship bass guitars all over the world including France, Hungary and even Australia. Price wise and for service they are unbeatable. All the guitars shipped have been ?1000 plus instruments, all have arrived on time and totally undamaged. I've always used Interparcel economy.”

“Parcel was picked up by polite and helpful driver, I had no worries about the safe delivery of the item as I was assured by the professional attitude of the collecting agent that it would arrive at it's destination without any problem, and so it proved. Very pleased with the service which I will recommend to friends and use again. Thanks”

“I use interparcel maybe once or twice a month and have never had a problem with their service. Needless to say I will continue to use them in the future. They offer a great choice of carriers and are alway reliable.”

“We have used Interparcel for about 5 years, almost always UPS. Very few problems during that time, and when there are problems, customer services are accessible and responsive. So I have no reservations about Interparcel/UPS per se. I do agree with the other reviewers though who have had bad experiences when trying other (cheaper) services offered through Interparcel. That is the only reason why I give 4 stars rather than 5. Interparcel list them, so they have to take a degree of responsibility for their "service". These cheaper couriers are generally as consistently bad, as UPS are consistently good. You tend to get what you pay for in this market.”

“I originally used interparcels parent company Sendex, but as my package volume was low they binned my contract which caused major friction. That said, I have used interparcel without major incident since then. I will continue to seek out the best value service and as such I already use several services as interparcel have not givenme the confidence to putt all my shipping in their hands alone.”

“Started using Interparcel to save costs as DHL was charging us ?75 to send a document to Chile with a normal delivery sevice. Used them once and never stopped since. The booking system on the website should be improved.”

“Interparcel are easy to deal with and mostly efficient. I have found that if I ask why a parcel has not been collected I get immediate attention from customer services and they re-arrange it. Similarly, they let me know straight away if they have been told there is going to be a delay for collection.”

“As a ebayer and UPS account holder I was told about Interparcel - I tried it and have never used my UPS account since. Its UPS service and drivers but 40% cheaper. SUPERB !”
