“This service work a treat for me, I cannot always get to the post office to post parcels. The cost was very reasonable and the parcel was picked up on time. One very happy lady got her parcel sent.”

“Interparcel act as a middle man. They take away the need for me to have a contract with lots of different courier companies, some of which have a minimum monthly spend. Interparcel has the contract with them, I can use them whenever I need to - frequently or not so frequently without being tied to a monthly charge. Very useful for our business.”

“Overall Interparcel have done a very good job, and my parcels have been collected and delivered nearly perfectly. Of course, it does also depend on the efficiency of the carrier you choose to use - I have used UPS and found them to be very good. For a small business such as mine, which does not send enough parcels to seek its own deal with a carrier, Interparcel offer an ideal service at a fair price. I cannot understand why anybody would use Royal Mail for parcels (at double the price and half the speed) when Interparcel are available. I have only had one minor problem with Interparcel - when one package was not delivered to the right address, they did not react to my first phone call and needed a second to instigate a search. On the positive side, they were easily contacted by phone, and the problem was resolved.”

“I have used this company for many years and I love them the service and price is brill !!!!!!! a BIG box collected from my house on Monday afternoon in UK and delivered to Southern Ireland Wednesday morning would recommend to EVERYONE and I have NEVER had any bother”

“I have used interparcel several times. Any problems I have experienced have been with the actual parcel firms and not with interparcel. The last few times i have used Hermes and would recommend them to anyone”

“sold a heavy item on ebay and i'd usually use royal mail. but anyone who has used their website will know how inaccurate the prices quoted are compared to actually taking a parcel to the post office! but interparcel.com were quick, easy and above all, approx half the price of royal mail - and they even collected the parcel from me! very VERY highly recommended service :)”
