“I recently sold some studio lighting on eBay and because it was heavy and bulky I listed it as "collection in person" One of the bidders asked if I could find out how much it was to send via a courier service. So armed with the bathroom scales and a tape measure I took the parcels measurements. I was expecting the price to be at least ?45 as the box was big and heavy. Think 2 medium sized suitcases in a box. Was I in for a shock. ?13.50 plus VAT to collect from me and deliver the next day. It was even cheaper if I didn't mind it taking 2-3 days to arrive. The post office has charged me more for sending items 1/20th of the size and weight. No longer will I be listing items on eBay as "collection only" until I have checked if it can go via interparcel. As for booking the collection via the website it couldn't be easier. Just have the dimensions and weight handy and follow the on screen directions. Choose the service and collection time to suit you. I would recommend you read through other reviews here to find out which service to use. I used UPS and they couldn't be faulted. Sit back and relax and wait for the men with the big brown van to arrive.”

“I've been using Interparcel for more than 5 years now and they consistently provide an excellent service. When things occasionally do go wrong, the staff are always helpful and manage to sort the problems out quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.”

“The parcel was collected at the time arranged and the courier was helpful and knowledgeable. It arrived home in Australia before the recipient did............mind you she did stop off in Dubai on the way home for a bit of a jolly!”

“It's easy to book on line and the sysytem has never let me down. The do as they promise both in collection and delivery time. Goods always arrive in excellent condition; even large, framed, glass pictures. All for a low price, good value for money.”

“I am finding great difficulty sending out car parts as interparcle is putting them in it prohobited list and this comes up at the end so you do all the work get the quote etc address etc then find it is a prohibited item!”

“Every time I've used Interparcel theyve always come up trumps. The collection has always been on time and the delivery has been prompt. I've booked in the morning and they've colletd in the afternoon. They've never let me dowmn and every delivery has been made safely and securely As for value for money, Royal Mail can;t compete. I've recommended them to so many people who've been delighted with my recommenation.”

“i have used interparcel.com for a while now,and had no problems at all,parcels have always been picked up on stated day and time,price's are very competative,for a good alround service.i used to use parcel2go.com but there prices went silly that's why i switched to interparcel.com and i haven't regretted it.thanks interparcel keep up the good work.”

“Item Is well packed, damaged in transit is yet to be resolved. Items since have been well packed and delivered intact. I think the damaged delivery was a one off situation and will be compensated through insurance that was taken out to cover item.”

“I recommend Interparcel to anyone who needs to send their parcel anywhere abroad. I am using their services quite often sending parcels to my family abroad.....they are very professional, on time and in my opinion they charge decent prices. I'd tried a few companies before but Interparcel is the best! Fully recommend, you won't be disappointed....”

“Found interparcel to be very reliable. My only slight reservation is with using my hermes. Whilst these are the cheapest, delivery takes a little longer than the more expensive options. But if your not too concerned over getting your parcel there quickly, then the service is reliable. Although on saying that, they would definitely benefit from giving a better estimation for collection rather than between 08.00 and 21.00. All in all, Interparcel provide a service which I would recommend to anyone. Just weigh up your options before booking the delivery.”

“i've used the company on three occasions recently. the on line booking is easy to follow. the pick up is when they say it will be picked up and based on my feedback from the people i've sent the items to, it's a swift delivery service. can't fault it. would recommend to anyone i know”

“We have had very good experiences with Interparcel, obviously the discount structure is good, and the more you send the better the rates. Get all the best carriers without the expense, really what more could you want or ask for?”
