“Interparcel.com are a reseller for various courier companies, so they're only as good as the courier companies whose services they are reselling. They offer various services, but my recommendation is to use only the brown 'interparcel economy' service (fulfilled by UPS). My experience (your mileage may vary) of the services offered through interparcel: Hermes and Yodel are the Ryanair of couriers - if lowest price is the only factor and you don't give a stuff about quality of service, these are for you; CityLink is not especially good, but probably will get it to somewhere near its destination somewhere near the time they said; TNT's 'guaranteed next day' service is a joke - apparently the clock only starts counting from when they pick it up - in my case it was three days before they could be bothered to come and to pick up the 'next day' consignment ('we should have someone in your area tomorrow' - well thank you so much, I'd hate to put you to the bother of having to make a trip specially), and when I tried to claim under the 'next-day guarantee' they said 'but we did deliver it, right the next day after we collected it.' To be fair to interparcel, I could get through to interparcel about this problem, and they were chivvying TNT on my behalf, although not to any great effect. So now I *only* use the 'interparcel economy' (brown) service, which is fulfilled by UPS. I've used it a lot, and it has always been 100% perfect. Collected on time every time in liveried vans by smart and courteous uniformed drivers, and with a great online tracking system. And in my experience, always delivered the next day, even though the terms do say it could be up to 48hrs (perhaps for more remote areas). So, all credit to UPS for running such an excellent delivery service, and thank you interparcel for making it available to the masses.”

“I have used Interparcel on three ocasions over the past 3 years, sending from England to Australia. The service I received was first rate with my items arriving within four days from pickup. I have no reservations in recomending Interparcel.”

“Very good good comm.s and times were spot on the only problem I see if the other person dose not have a pc and a printer how would you send postal labels. I did not see on your site any way aroud this . Other wise then I would have rated you A++++++”

“You start off being suspicious of something like this, but with contradictory prices on ParcelForce site (?20-26) we thought we'd try it to see if I could send an eBay item for what I'd thought it would cost. We selected the carrier from the comparison and waited. We were off work so we waited - no time specified. This is always awful, will it work, have we fallen through a crack? Around lunchtime the van turned up. So, did it work? Absolutely, yes. Was the price good, another resounding yes. Would I use the service again? Here I'd have to say, I would, but I rarely have to send anything that big. But if I did (and I can remember the site name) stuffin' well yes - 100%.”

“Have used this service a number of times and it really depends on which carrier you book. It is good to be able to choose your carrier from one site. UPS have collected and delivered everything perfectly, but Hermes lost my parcel - will NEVER use them again! Interparcel handled the complaint well, but make sure you pay the insurance and your item is valued correctly. It is easier to deal with Interparcel than the carrier when things go wrong, but you will need to be persistant and they are slow to reimburse you. I will continue to use Interparcel as it is often cheaper than Royal Mail and usually far cheaper than using the carrier directly.”

“always a pleasure to use. i find it easy to navigate around and customer services have always been good. i have found that they are a lot cheaper than booking directly with the actual couriers!!!!!”

“I have used Interparcel several times over the last few tears. They are excellent. However, the service from UPS was very poor. In the past, Interparcel hace booked TNT. Never any problem. I hope they ditch UPS and return to TNT 1. Collection booked via Interparcel for after midday on Monday. Got home to find driver had called at 11.10 and left a yellow card 2. Infonotice number on the card is not recognised by UPS website. Had to rearrange collection by phone - at my own expense! 3. Emailed UPS. They refused to do anything unless I supplied a tracking number. I explained that the only UPS number I had was the number on the card which seemed to be useless to everybody. They suggested I contact Interparcel to get a tracking number. My reply was short! I have used Interparcel several times over the last few years without any problem. Previously they have used TNT. Excellent service. I hope they ditch UPS and go back to TNT”
