“Been using the delivery service a few times, never let down. Item arrive on time, and great service with updates and tracking of parcel. The prices are great!”

“Started using this about 9 months ago when my existing local carrier retired. Interparcel has got great flexibility, could be a bit cheaper hence 4 stars but it is reliable and when they made a mistake (one parcel out of about 70 that I have sent) I was refunded with no hassle. I can send my request at a few minutes to noon and have the parcel picked up that day and delivered the next.”

“I have always had good service from Interparcel. Collections have been made when they were supposed to, and the delivery staff make it feel a very personal service. On the odd occasion I have had a problem with a parcel, the online/phone staff have been really helpful and gone to great effort to ensure a parcel got through. I have fully recommended the service to many people.”

“I have used Interparcel for some time now and the service is excellent as it enables you to book a delivery as late as 1-30 in the afternoon.I would personally recommend them to anybody as a reliable source of getting a delivery done!”

“Interparcel have never let me down! My items have always been delivered safely the day after collection, I really can't praise their service highly enough, the drivers are always helpful and friendly and their prices are much lower than Parcelforce. If you're not already using interparcel.......change now!”

“I mainly use Interparcel for sending my larger or more expensive ebay sales to people all over the UK, I almost always use UPS for this as it's a fully tracked and signed for service which is almost always delivered the next working day (it's actually a 48hr service...) For my personal deliveries, which are not time sensitive I use Hermes. I cannot fault the service I have received since I started using Interparcel. Do I get a freebie for giving a good review then? or free beer? ;-)”

“I've used Interparcel twice. The first pickup was delayed as the courier said that he couldn't find the address, but he only used the contact number to inform us of a later pick up in lieu of this, rather than ask for directions. That seemed slightly strange, but perhaps he didn't have the contact number on the original paperwork, so wasn't able to contact us straight away maybe. However, he picked up later in the day at the second agreed time and the parcel was delivered next day in perfect condition. The next time pickup and delivery were spot on. Prices are good, the parcels seem well enough looked after and the couriers are polite and friendly. I am happy to use them again.”

“This is the first time I've used a courier to send an Ebay parcel. The courier arrived during the hours specified and the recipient got his parcel safely delivered to Somerset in the given time scale at a reasonable price. Couldn't have asked for better thanks.”

“I recently had a big parcel picked up from over 150 miles away and delivered to my door for under ?10 ! Interparcel are amazing. If you want something thats on Ebay and says "Collection only" just ask if the seller minds you using a courier. Then go to Interparcel to be amazed. Thanks again for a brilliant 10 out of 10 amazing service !”

“So pleased I found this company as in the past I have had some problems, namely parcels missing and returned to me three months later on more than one occasion. Since using Interparcel, the fact you can book it during the evening and it is picked up the next day is so very convenient for me and they have always been delivered to Italy within the promised time. The couriers are always so helpful and polite. Carry on the good work, Christmas is coming and it is comforting to have a firm that I can rely on.”

“Cant fault this company, best price by far on an internet search, and i expected to have a lack luster collection/delivery. How wrong was i, and it wasnt a fluke, ive used them 3 times now and always get the same, prompt service. Supperb communications too, texts come giving collection time and drivers name, and collection was within 10 mins of the estimated pick up time. My customers also said delivery was spot on, so many thanks Interparcel, you have a customer for life ... :)”
