“I have used iNTERPARCEL for some years. If there's ever a problem with a mailing I know they will chase down the contractor on my behalf and get results. Recommended.”

“I was using another service provider ,but the prices and way of invoicing became inconvenient. I found Inter-parcel by chance ,and now I use them for all my courier deliveries.In all the time using them I only have had one instance were a delivery was not collected ,and that was rectified the following day. I find them so good that I recommended them to my supplier who now also uses their services”

“Occasional problems with courier companies are always sorted rapidly and effectively by Interparcel staff at the end of the phone , who are always friendly courteous and efficient .. Thanks”

“I have used this parcel delivery broker firm a lot and they are generally very reliable. My only gripe is that one 24-hour delivery which I sent recently was not delivered for 48 hours, whereas all of the others they have arranged have been within the arranged timeframe. Also you can pay by Paypal which makes life a little easier.”

“i've been using ipost now for nearly over a year and do about 15 a week i find it all really good and easy to use however i think it would be nice to email regularly customers about changes and especially about the last PRICE INCREASE this just came out of the blue and i would sudgest that you run a rewards type of system like 1 point for every ?1 spent and then when you get something like a discount code or a free 5kg parcel just an idea. all the best Russell Stevens sales@specialist-Tapes.co.uk”

“I would give five stars but having never yet had a problem that needs support intervention I have no experience of the quality of their support service and that is the important factor that sorts the wheat from the chaff. I mostly use UPS through Interparcel at prices I couldn't hope to get by going direct even with a business contract. Very satisfied so far.”

“So easy, there is nothing that gives you a moment's problem. I keep thinking I will have a problem but I never do. It must be the easiest website I have ever dealt with. I have now read some of the other reviews and would like to add that I have mostly used the UPS option which has been faultless. I have also used Yodel without any problems but using Yodel elsewhere (not Interparcel) have had a lot of problems.”

“after years of using interparcel I still recommened them to all the people I deal with. in this climate its not hard to find someone doing it cheaper but the thing that counts for most is customer service... on the rare occasion that ive had an issue, its been sorted.. simple. spot on... keep doing it.”

“I ship one or two parcels a week all over the world and can arrange this with just a few minutes on the Interparcel web site. I have also used their collect service which has been more competitive than the delivery prices quoted by my suppliers from abroad. This was a great find for my business!”

“The Interparcel Booking Process on line is easy, doesn't take much time, and you can print off all the necessary documents straight away. Hard to go wrong. I think their prices are competitive - we use them for parcels to the UK and also across the world. Parcels arrive promptly, they are easy to track and we have not had any problems.”

“Easy website use. Parcel picked up when stated. Parcel sent from England on Thursday and arrived in Canada on Tuesday. Excellent service throughout. Thankyou - will certainly use Interparcel again and recommend you.”

“I recommend them. You can book your parcel at night and they still come and pick it up the day after. I used to send a parcel abroad, it arrived couple of days after in good state.”
